BLong1mthCommentedA huge red flag for a novel like this is when they take mind-altering perks or drawbacks. I've rarely seen them used well and it just seems like a really dumb choice even if your character was doing the chyoa for fun.

If you truly think kidnapping and impregnating a noble woman will fulfill your ambitions of having a child of prophecy, you certainly won't hesitate. Not when he copy-pasted the original mythology. He had the opportunity to mix and match from other mythologies and fiction and truly make something impressive. Still, when I read this chapter even with all its silly exposition I found myself severely disappointed. I don't even care if it was just a gimmick or adding some impressive architecture from Lord of the Rings or something but anything would have been better than what he gave us.
As I sat there, my eyes wide open with a newfound sense of determination, I couldn't help but feel a sense of awe wash over me. My realm lay before me, vast and sprawling, yet I felt an unshakeable sense of responsibility to defend it with all my might. I didn't mean for that to sound derogatory but I meant it to mean that they do no research to back up their genius protag.

I like that this is like a real-world thing and not like a throwaway 'he's such a genius with impossible-to-understand plans' kind of story. I've seen so many authors try to write a smart protag and just fail utterly because they can't add anything intelligent to their writing.

Everyone questions the Mcs IQ. Sometimes he is mature and thoughtful but the majority of the time he is an emotional crybaby with no ability to learn or have any measure of planning or higher thought in his repertoire. he has been trained for over a year and he has not learned the most basics of the basics and yet somehow his mento says he will be a great shinobi.
"Every person's chakra has a level of affinity towards one of the five basic nature transformations: Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Lightning. Learning ninjutsu matching your affinity is much easier to learn and improve in than one that's not your affinity. I believe the reason why you were so much worse than Nenro is that he has a high affinity toward lightning, while yours is pretty low. if he didn't act like an idiot then she would not have died. Be smarter. Pets have no place in such a dangerous place. Why did they split up like idiots? Where are Ultron and Merlin? These past few chapters just seemed like forced plot events just for some conflict to happen. Just not a good read at all

why did this suddenly become a peggy carter novel? Even most of these scenes are not very well written with her coming off as a juiced-up idiot making stupid decisions and not using her head like she should. Can we just get back to the main and not focus on her? One chapter is fine but its been like 5 of pretty much useless sh**
