Well not necessarily. If he really just evolved he can guve off "mana signature" of end level tier five. Probably doesn't have the overcharged core like Anthony though.

Yeah you have it kind of backwards. Anthony specificaly told Gandalf (I don't remember the chapter number) that if it comes to the Colony being destroyed then he will go down with them. Why would he bother to get an organ to "revive the Colony" if he isn't going to be around to do that? 🤔
