Your wife? No comrade, our wife
Naw it repeatedly mentioned he had no cultivation while using his other skills. Like his swordsmanship was slow and weak because no cultivation but the intent behind it was what was important and what the daughters picked up.
He is squishing that cat
Never accept betrayal. Agree for now but she has to go. She says she cares but still set him up in a situation where he could lose his life. That means his life isn’t that important to her. What happens later when the “cause” needs him to be eliminated, can’t trust her. Then as a MC when you have enough power and resources break free from their control.
Love the novel but my opinion is that this part is unnecessary. Like theo said it’s not a real problem and him worrying about having too much money doesn’t seem to add anything to the story. I just assumed he would continue to be a philanthropist since he already donates time and money to the orphanage but now he could do it on a larger scale. That and he would use the extra money to branch out into other fields or expand his current fields. That’s just my random opinion though, feel free to ignore me.
It said white brown so I’m guessing the fish is white with brown markings.
In China if a women is 30 or over she is called a leftover women. This is because at 30 she is past her peak reproductive years and no man decided they wanted to marry her. Don’t get mad at me, I’m just the messenger.
Princess as in male dog with his balls removed. Thus it’s no longer a man but a princess. China isn’t the most politically correct lol
I would like to believe this. I mean yeah he fed the dog, but if you’ve ever lived around stays it takes a lot more than a little food to win them over.
No it makes sense. A sword would be useless for a mage but you would still need some kind of melee attack in case something gets close. A mage with no melee options would be useless the second something got close so a melee spell is useful.
That’s because it’s the situation of the world and generally how the world works in cultivation novels. Kind of like in medieval fantasy there are kings and peasants and distinct classes. Seeing higher talent cultivators look down on lower talent cultivators is like a knight looking down on a peasant or a samurai looking down on a villager, it’s natural in that world.
I feel less bad about the girlfriend now. I mean she cheated but from the story thus far, the guy deserves it. He lives in filth, and stopped taking care of himself months ago and was doing nothing to better himself. The only thing she did wrong was cheat instead of just breaking up with him then dating the other dude.
I mean the dude can easily kick a grown man over 20 meters in the air so carving a rock with a knife should be easy as well
The pig has a dream to live an easy, carefree life. Remember currently the pig is eating and sleeping so as not to lose it’s pigness
This sentence alone makes this a great novel.
Actually he probably wouldn’t have been there for this. If he obtained the opportunity, he would have become a cultivator and killed the Zhou family then left for that other cultivation family or sect or whatever. The traitor cousin would still be hidden and could act after the dude leaves. The MC was the one who discovered there was a traitor. The other opportunity only appeared because he was still weak and being chased.
This troupe normally has the MC befriending and taking advantage of numerous heavens favorites and stealing all their opportunities and sharing them with everyone. Thus those heavens favorites lose most of their initial opportunity but end up with more in the end because they get a little of everyone’s opportunity. It’s a win-win for everyone with the MC being the biggest winner.
Pinky out
Not really, some of the most powerful pvp builds in mmo’s are tanky mages because they can do enough damage but not get insta killed by a rogue or assassin or something. On the other hand, pumping damage to the point where you overkill everything and being a glass canon is the worst way to play a spell caster in pvp.
