"Highness" is not used for Barons, and their children are not called "princes" or "princesses", a Baron would be just "Your Grace" and his children "Young Masters" or "Young Miss". Baron is the lowest title in the aristocratic hierarchy and is not royalty!

This actually makes sense. A newborn baby's brain wouldn't be able to process memories, so it would only begin to understand them superficially as it gets older!

Swords were more of a status weapon, used by nobles and commanders.
