Well wiki says only Ajuka knows how to make them. So the only thing would really be the ones made already.

The only "immortal" mentioned so far was that one guy Lizard I think and thats only because the souls hes trapped.

Also his angel form is from what his sacred gear stuff mixed and whatever else and became the transforming cross.

It is in his soul from what I remember and to do anything to it would probably require the same amount of power it would to kill him If at all. Don't think it would do anything for anyone else anyways since how it was made and what it represents.

I'm guessing reincarnation is "free" as long as you don't belong into Heaven or Hell for any means whether special or not. (and they don't decide to throw you to Hell just because) You just won't have memories or world choice like Haru unless you could afford it and go for it. (don't know individual cost for them though)
