This is a very good novel. I love the growth of each character, except the MC. She is useless in many ways and has not contributed much to her life at all except for cooking - not even farming. She also gets taken of advantage for a majority of the novel so if you don’t like that - skip this novel. I don’t really understand how women are the boss at home but not in politics, etc. but that’s going to be ignored in the story. I especially dislike the ending. The author basically abandoned the world and the children - they even left a spoiler. That the daughter would destroy the beast world with her looks. She is also a terribke mother… she practically jeopardizes them all the time. If you ignore all of this, it’s a good read.
