It's a Chinese fic...
Bem, como alguem do Brasil eu posso afirmar que seu argumento não faz o menos sentido.
I really hope that Sophia won't come back again. Enemies who keep returning so much are a pain in the ass
Well, the loss of humanity is a problem that the Beyonders in LotM face, and the reasons are well explained and make a lot of sense. To put it very simply, the Beyonders basically strengthen themselves by eating pieces of a Lovecraftian supernatural entity, so dehumanization and madness are inevitable, requiring anchors to control them. The real problem is how poorly this was done in the fic. He ended up with bouts of stupidity instead of inhumanity. It's worth mentioning that the Error and Fool paths are quite convenient because you can create anchors without needing to create a cult and have worshippers, and the MC's main path is the Fool path.
Thanks, brother, this whole army thing really gives off the vibe of the worst kind of Chinese fiction. Based on what you said, I wouldn't be surprised if the MC suddenly found himself an enemy of the "land of the bald eagle" for random reasons.
Well, there are only 9 chapters so far, so there's not much to comment on besides the fact that so far it's an interesting and fun fic. The MC doesn't seem to know anything about Shadow Slave, or at least hasn't realized he was sent to the first nightmare. Instead, he thinks he reincarnated as a Xianxia MC, and I have to admit it's really easy to reach that conclusion for someone who doesn't know it's a nightmare. Because of this, the MC has been failing repeatedly. Furthermore, because he doesn't know about the nightmare, the MC has been acting like a cultivator, and this has yielded incredible results. I really hope the MC decides not to awaken his aspect at the end of the nightmare and ends up creating a different path to power.
I fully agree with focusing on the shadow slave storyline at the beginning. Regarding the MC's flaw, you probably already have plans for how he can overcome it, most likely using his aspect, but I just thought of a way he could use for now. I remembered a Buddhist philosophy that the MC could adapt and use as a form of self-hypnosis, convincing himself that the world is part of him, so logically he can love everything that exists. Now, this doesn't mean he will love everything, since being able to love something doesn't mean loving it. He can also hate it, just as many people dislike or hate parts of themselves. The Mind as the Source of Everything (Mahayana): The Cittamastra (or "Mind-Only") philosophy posits that there is no external world independent of the mind's perception. The entire universe and experiences occur within consciousness, making the mind the fundamental foundation of all existence.
I'm sorry, but I think he really should have killed Overhaul, just like his grandfather did to kill All For One. He should have saved the quirk destroyer to use against All For One or another enemy in the future.
Although Izumi is already strong, it's worth mentioning that the scenario is also high-level. My advice is that creating powerful forms like this should be exhausting and make it impossible to use Mai's creation quirk and the Shikigami for an extended period, thus preventing Izumi from accumulating high-level abilities like this. Furthermore, having a cooldown period even when creating weaker forms is a good idea, so this also discourages creating infinite weak forms for infinite different situations. Instead, it would be good to create some elemental forms for the breathing styles and stick with them. I think he could create a high-level Solar Sword form, several elemental forms, and stick with them. It's also worth adding an aura cost to use the elemental sword abilities instead of making them passive, but let the effect scale with the aura expenditure.
I'm sorry, but she's of legal age. The most they can do is withdraw the sponsorship and leave her to fend for herself.
