xiao xuan btth

Not sure. I haven't come across that plot point in the BTTH manhwa.

I'm not sure exactly. It depends on the latest updates from the author or the platform where it's being published.

Xiao Chen and Xiao Xuan were both characters in Battle Through the Heavens written by Tian Can Tudou. Xiao Xuan was the tribe leader of the Xiao clan. His cultivation had reached the half-step Dou Di level and he was one of the five great experts from a thousand years ago. He grasped the purple colored, red colored, and black and white colored Heavenly Flames. He had even created the 'Skyfire Three Mysterious Change' Secret Technique and gifted it to the Burning Flame Valley. In order to continue the bloodline of his clan, he was ambushed and killed by the Hun clan when he forcefully broke through to the Dou Di class. This resulted in the decline of the Xiao clan. However, he left behind a wisp of remnant soul in the Heavenly Tomb before he died. When Xiao Yan had entered the Heavenly Tomb, Xiao Xuan's remnant soul had displayed the fighting strength of a Dou Sheng class. For example, he had easily destroyed two one star Dou Shengs from the Hun clan by merely releasing a projection. Later on, in order to help Xiao Yan reach the Di State soul, he had sacrificed his remnant soul to fight against the soul of the Heavenly Tomb. The attack of his remnant soul had reached the fighting strength of an eight star Dou Sheng in the outside world. Xiao Chen was Xiao Xuan's younger cousin. He was known as Xue Fu and was an intermediate five star Dou Sheng. When he went to subdue the Purifying Demonic Lotus Flame, he was trapped in the demonic flame space as a puppet for a thousand years due to his lack of strength. He was extremely powerful within the demonic flame realm. He had effortlessly injured the chief of the Hall of Souls, Hun Mie Sheng, and was able to fight to a draw with the advanced five star Dou Sheng, Old Man Hun Mo, by relying on his ultimate skill, the "Firmament Slash". After being rescued by Xiao Yan, he followed Xiao Yan back to the Sky Mansion Alliance to fight against the Hun clan and became a great fighting force of the Falling Star Pavilion. In the end, he passed all his knowledge to Xiao Xiao in the Falling Star Pavilion. The two of them were the geniuses of the Xiao clan. Xiao Xuan was ambitious and wanted to take the step of a Dou Di. Xiao Chen's strength was not to be underestimated. If he was not trapped in the demonic flame realm, his achievements might not be much inferior to Xiao Xuan. The 'btth light novel' is centered around a world where power is highly valued. The protagonist starts from a relatively weak position and gradually grows stronger through various challenges, encounters, and training. It has elements of fantasy like different races, magic spells, and epic battles that are really exciting to read.

Xiao Xuan was ambushed by the Hun clan when he was forcefully breaking through to the Dou Di class. He was seriously injured and eventually died. However, he left behind a wisp of his remnant soul in the Heavenly Tomb before he died. This wisp of remnant soul had interacted with Xiao Yan many times when he had entered the Heavenly Tomb. For example, it had merged a small amount of the Xiao clan bloodline with Xun Er's Gu clan bloodline and Zi Yan's Dragon Phoenix bloodline into Xiao Yan's body, imparted the complete Skyfire Three Mysterious Change to Xiao Yan, and revealed crucial information regarding the Essence Di Qi to Xiao Yan. Before he completely disappeared, he left behind a trace of a spiritual imprint that Xiao Yan kept. Therefore, although he was physically dead, his remnant soul had many influences and functions in the plot of the novel.
