It felt as though some unseen force controlled him like a puppet, even using his own name for the character he portrayed. To his surprise, he discovered he wasn't alone in this predicament. Others from different places and times, including his ex-boyfriend, found themselves similarly ensnared. At first, Ezra merely sought survival and escape from this bewildering situation. But as time passed, he realized there was more to it.
