The "Heir" Loophole: Every 50 to 60 years, "Aleksander Morozov" legally dies. His wealth is seamlessly transferred to a "nephew" or "son" (who is actually just Aleksander assuming a new identity). Trust lawyers either sworn to non-disclosure magical agreements or mind magic manage the paperwork, ensuring the capital never actually moves.
