PETER HAD BEEN aboard many ships, but none so impressive as the Javelin. As soon as the dropship doors opened to the larger ship's docking bay, Peter inhaled the smell of a state-of-the-art war machine; fresh oil, clean air filters, and a small hint of pine. One-pilot fighter craft occupied most of the bay, engineers and technicians swarming around their delicate hulls like clouds of worker bees. Off-duty marines exited the hold of another dropship, their dark blue armor donned sloppily, their assault rifles slung casually over their shoulders, joking and laughing as they boarded a tram that led further into the ship.
"I remember the first time I saw a Fleet Hauler," High Captain Norse said, inhaling the Javelin's air just as Peter had. "It wasn't this new, of course, but awe-inspiring nonetheless."
"How can any one ship be this big?" Peter asked, narrowly avoiding a manned electric cart as it whisked by. "Everyone in Bycrest could fit in here easily."
"The miracle of human engineering," Norse said. "Our top scientists work around the clock to make sure the Sovereignty's ships are fresher, bigger, and faster than our enemies'. If they could see what we see now, they would beg for surrender. Would you grant it, Bridge?"
"No, sir," Peter said. "Actions have consequences. Nobody is innocent in war."
"Someone remembers their training," Norse chuckled. "I'll show you to the barracks, son. You'll want to get settled in before dinner. In a few days, we'll be on Hephaestus."

Peter tried to keep his eyes to himself as he and Norse passed through the Javelin, but there was simply too much to see. Wide duraglass windows provided spectacular views of Pil II's grayish surface, pockmarked with craters earned during the final days of the war with the Remnants.
Wasteful, Peter thought. If they had surrendered, so many more could have lived.
They boarded a small tram like the one the marines had used, passing by the Javelin's Hop drive, a mess of thick cables surrounding a giant, pulsating blue sphere. Peter watched the drive as the tram passed, believing for a moment that it was a small, captured star. They passed a garden designed to sustain the ship's crew, the mess hall, and a clear view of the Javelin's other side across open space. 
The tram halted, and Peter followed the High Captain after he stepped clear. A small knot of anxiety settled in Peter's stomach.

Thankfully, the barracks weren't far from the tram. Norse stopped just inside, ushering Peter ahead.
"Take some time to relax, son," Norse said. "When I see you again, be ready to work."
"Yes, sir," Peter said. "Always ready, sir."
Peter snapped a quick salute as Norse walked away, turning his attention to the barracks after the High Captain disappeared amongst the throng of hallway traffic. There were eight empty bunk beds in the room, little more than thin cots and shining steel frames. Two doors on either side of the barracks led to exact copies of the room, extending either way down the length of the hull. 
Peter observed the foot of each bed, where a footlocker was bolted to the frame. Names were hastily written on strips of tape slapped over the surface of each footlocker. Peter found his on the bottom bunk of a bed at the northeast corner of the barracks. He tossed his duffle bag on the cot, peering inside his footlocker. A fresh set of crimson armor was folded neatly into the box's interior, with the helmet facing upward. Peter smiled as he caught sight of his reflection in the helmet's darkened visor.
"Hrrn?"
Peter looked up, surprised to see the top bunk was occupied. His eyes darted to the name on the footlocker above his. McCarver.
"Sorry," Peter said. "Didn't realize anyone was here."
"'S no trouble."
The occupant of the top bunk hopped down, landing barefoot on the steel floor. She was tall, almost matching Peter's six feet and three inches. Her hair was brown, frizzy, and half-plastered to the side of her face by the bunk's thin pillow. She wore the same fatigues as Peter, though her shirt was slightly untucked from the top of her cargo pants.
"Rosie," she said. "McCarver, if ya please."
"Peter Bridge. Your accentª"
"Aye," Rosie laughed. "Always th' first thing laddies notice. 'M from Gwaine, a ways downriver from this fat tub."
Peter nodded. Gwaine was one of the first planets colonized beyond the Sol system, its first people consisting of English, Scottish, and Irish settlers. Over time, the different dialects of English had merged into an odd brogue, remaining distinctive as much of the galaxy developed a universal accent akin to that of a northwestern American. 
"I'm from Mars," Peter said. "Olympia. Didn't see a color other than orange or red 'till I joined the Guard."
"Ooh," Rosie clucked her tongue. "Got me a city boy now, do I? You're headin' straight for Hephaestus, aye?"
"I am," Peter said. "The new High Captain brought me along with him from Pil II."
"Ugh, that shitehole?" Rosie sneered as if a bad taste had sprung into her mouth. "Too much action for my taste, mate. Heard some bad shenanigans went on down there. You get caught up 'n all that?"
"I'd rather not talk about it."
"Wounded warrior, are ya? Lemme show ya somethin'," Rosie pulled up the hem of her shirt, exposing a wide patch of shiny skin near her hip. "Remnant bugger toasted me up real good on Proxus two years back, but I still got 'im. Never seen a wound worse than that, else you wouldn't be on duty. Show me what ya got Bridge. Don't scare easy, me."
Peter sighed, fighting off a smile despite himself. He pulled down his collar, putting his misshapen, puckered shoulder on display.
"Bloody fuck," Rosie muttered, leaning in close to the scar tissue. "This close to yer vitals oughtta killed ya."
"Not quite," Peter said, letting his shirt slide back into place. "Too angry to die yet, I suppose."
Rosie chuckled. "I like ya, Bridge. We's gonna have us a grand ol' time."
"I look forward to it, McCarver," Peter said. "My last partner left much to be desired."

Seth was able to have time complexity the constant amount of algorithm required to run, as functions of the forced amount for Seth to input in running Time by the sake of the mysterious time Storm taking him to the past than to read any written book of scientist human figures and knowledge's.

After complete training for Seth once were left time states god before Seth can be time god he should break his limitations from one states to another but it's difficult for an amateur time hero to be time god.


But Seth is old to faced his time enemies(supervillains) and his worsts nemesis.

I lay back on the couch, flipping my book leisurely. It had been 3 months since Lu Qing Yu first caught me sneaking out. Nothing much had changed. I was battling boredom, finding most of my previous hobbies obsolete. Having had not much experience or talent for the 4 arts - qin (琴, a seven-string instrument), Go (棋 qi, a strategy game), calligraphy (書 shu) and painting (畫 hua). between the previous Ling Yue and I, there wasn't much for me to do besides read and eat. I still snuck out every now and then, and occasionally, Lu Qing Yu sent some things over. I supposed the biggest change was the subtle tension in the harem. When 1 person developed favour with the emperor, everyone else was on guard. 

Even the Ling Clan's letters toward me became increasingly friendlier as they heard about it. However, it wouldn't be peaceful for long. "Young Miss, the Emperor sent these over." Qiu Ci announced. Again, an eunuch, the royal tailor and an entourage of servants carrying boxes and pushing clothes racks came into the room. What did he send this time? I don't remember any catalysts. 

"The Emperor has announced that these will be gifted to Noble Concubine Ling Yue for the purpose of the Norse Diplomatic Ball, held next week." "Norse Ball?" I asked, turning. "Noble Concubine Ling, you got fitted for these 1 month ago." Oh yes, I remembered having to spend a few days standing and posing while hoards of servants with measuring instruments hovered around me. Though if I remembered correctly, the Ling Clan also recently sent some fancy outfits over. "Bring over the clothes the Ling Clan sent over. I want to view them together. I'll look at these now." I said. 

"Very well." the Eunuch said. And so I stood still as boxes were opened and displayed. At the same time, someone came over with the Ling Clan's clothes. I furrowed my brows. With them both in the same room, something was apparent. Why was the style... so different? 

The Ling Clan had sent over clothes in the style of flowy patterns, peachy and cornflower hues, adorned with many flowers and pearls. Matching accessories were equally elegant and delicate. However, the things Lu Qing Yu sent over were in either deep and striking hues, or paired with gold or black to create a contrast. The clothes were decorated on both the body and sleeve-bands, which were embroidered with flowers and butterflies. Moreover, they had a rather imposing beauty to them. It was quite clear how differently the two parties viewed me. "Will you try them on, Your Highness?" the royal tailor asked, eyeing the Ling Clan's clothes. "Err, of course." I said. 

I put on the first outfit, which was deep red and black, and decorated with a smattering of gold bits, emeralds and rubies and topaz. Admittedly, it was pretty, but wasn't this too forceful? Who did he think I was? A dagger wielding bandit? The second, third, and fourth outfits were no different. "The royal tailor and the tailor department spent an entire month making these. The designs were approved by His Highness himself." Qiu Le whispered in my ear. 

Ah, so they would be heartbroken if I didn't wear any of these, huh. I glanced at the entourage, who looked at me with glittering eyes. Now that I looked closely, the servant outfits looked like the robes of the imperial tailor department. Hmm. I looked at the Ling Clan's outfits. They did usually send me a lot of clothes. It wouldn't hurt to repay some good intentions by other people once in awhile.  

I pointed at the last outfit still in its box. "Let me try that one. Immediately they got to work. Soon I was dressed in a long white and icy blue gown, with silver motifs. It was embellished tastefully with opal, mother of pearl, pink diamonds, blue topaz and moonstone and featured an overarching headdress that looked suspiciously like a tiara. It gave the impression of glacial peaks against an aurora. I looked like an ice princess. 

Satisfied, I accepted this one. The rest were a bit much for my taste. "I like this one. I'll wear it." I said. At this, the royal tailor preened proudly. "His Highness looked over the designs for this outfit himself. At every step of the process, we had to submit the design, progress, and materials used to His Highness. His Highness truly has you in his heart." He said. Despite having achieved the purpose of their visit, the entourage remained in the room, looking expectant. After exchanging some pleasantries, I managed to shoo them all away. 

"What's this Norse Diplomatic Ball about?" I asked Qiu Ci and Qiu Le once the entourage had disappeared. "Young Miss, envoys from Novgorod are visiting!" Qiu Le said. "They're said to be very strong, with large builds, golden or red hair and blue eyes!" Qiu Ci added. After hearing this much, I realised this description sounded familiar. 

"The country north of the northwest region?" I asked. "Yes, that's it!" I brought out the crummy world map from the study and looked over it. This indeed looked like where Russia should be. It couldn't be that this was the same country, right? Why were they here to visit? Nevertheless, Huaxia had a bad problem with the Northwest tribes and bandits for hundreds of years. If we could ally with the people of Novgorod and corner them from both sides, they would be easier to handle. The only issue was... 

"There are translators who speak the Norse language?" I asked skeptically. This wasn't 2020, where one could learn a language remotely. Who would manage to plant themselves in Novgorod, bypassing the bandits, and stay there to learn by immersion? "The palace managed to find a nomad." Qiu Ci said. Outwardly, I acted disinterested, but how could I? 

As an avid learner of languages in the past, I was able to speak Russian, which I was hoping was closely related to the Norse language used here. I was thinking my language skills were going to die out stuck in Yuan An, but apparently not! This was an opportunity! 

The day advanced upon us quickly. 

At dawn, the preparations begun. I noticed on my morning walk that the palace was even busier than usual. The entire imperial palace compound was decorated in gay, auspicious colours and fine pottery, art and treasures were displayed openly in a show of power. Every tile seemed to be polished, and even the grass looked trimmed! By late morning, beautiful palanquin processions could be seen traveling along the path to the ball, and servants half-dashed about, going about their respective errands with haste. 

Everyone had been assigned a role, even me. Apparently, all the concubines received an ornate card stating their seats and roles. As noble concubine, I was seated with the other 2 just below the Emperor and was asked to "maintain decorum and elegance. Nod and smile appropriately and don't make big movements or draw attention to oneself" in front of the envoys.  

"That's basically telling us to be figureheads." Noble Concubine Ju lamented to us in the corridor behind the hall. "That's right, but what else can we expect? At least we got new things for the occasion." Noble Concubine Shao said. She eyed my outfit. Although all the concubines in the harem got new outfits, and they were also studded with jewels and elaborate designs, the difference in quality and thought put into the designs was apparent.  

Although Noble Concubine Shao was practically dripping in silk and fine jewels, some of her pieces looked out of place. She had clearly supplemented her outfit with some of her own jewellery to make it look more imposing. Compared to that, Noble Concubine Ju had supplemented her outfit with fresh flowers woven into her hair, making her smell like fragrant flowers and look delicate. I wasn't sure how she would keep up that hair since the flowers would turn bad and smell after a few hours, but I'm sure she had a plan. 

The 3 of us took our seats in the second row of the purpose-built main platform. For the ball, the newest ballroom was used. It was a state-of-the-art open-air ballroom, and other than the harem, many important ministers and officials were attending. It was so big that they even decided to invite 4th rank officials, to welcome the diplomats. Usually, 4th rank officials would only be invited for the annual ball. This ballroom too, was furnished with elaborate, luxurious designs, and seating was assigned based on rank and position. 

All the concubines were required to attend, even the newest girl who just married in a week ago. Usually, only selected concubines would attend. The newest girl stuck to herself in her corner. I heard she still had difficulty processing that the Emperor completely ignored her on their marital night and didn't consummate the marriage. To give her some face, he slept in the same room, but on the sofa. Halfway, the concubine felt it wasn't right and gave him the bed. Thus, she slept on the sofa herself.  

A roar of applause drew my attention to the front as 3 striking figures entered the hall with smiling faces, flanked by chief ministers and an unknown man. It was obvious to me in their subtle dressing differences that they were 2 envoys from Novgorod and someone likely from another northern country. Which was it?

Having likely never seen a foreigner before, the girls, or "sisters" in the harem couldn't hide their shock although they tried to be discrete. Many peered openly behind their fans and tea cups. Hushed conversations were going around the harem as they discussed their thoughts. Noble Concubine Shao even turned and gave me a pointed look, raising her eyebrows. "What?" I asked quietly, not understanding her gestures. 

"Sister Ling, these barbarians sure look odd, don't they?" she whispered. I frowned. "Just because they aren't from Huaxia doesn't make them barbarians. They have their own customs and traditions." I corrected, feeling uncomfortable with her remarks. After spending 3 months in this era, I still couldn't get used to the traditional thinking of the people who lived here. 

I would give Noble Concubine Shao the benefit of the doubt. People's attitudes were often shaped not only by their personalities, but also the result of their upbringing and experiences. For a noble lady raised carefully only to be married off to the Emperor and neglected, I was sure she hadn't had varied experiences or the opportunity to meet people from other walks of life. The lifestyle of ladies in this era was still very much restrictive. I wasn't sure I could do anything to change her mind, but at least I shouldn't condone her behaviour.

As we settled in, the ball commenced.

I wasn't really aware of the first couple of years in my new life. My brain wasn't developed enough yet for me to truly understand or recognise that I was an adult trapped inside a baby's body.

But as it turns out I was reborn in the Mikalson family as the younger brother of Klaus Mikealson but in the first couple years of my life, I was trying to figure out what they were saying as I don't speak Old Norse.

I did learn one important thing though my new name was Thomas. During this new life, I was excited to use my Magic and become an Original vampire.

During my younger years, I began working on walking and talking and would NOT slack off not when I wanted to hone my mortal body as much as I could before it ended up essentially time locked.

I was speaking Old Norse relatively well by the age of three though not quite yet fluently to my frustration.

By the age of 4, Mikeal allowed me to begin learning how to hold a bow and how to skin an animal as I didn't want a relationship as Mikeal and Klaus has were he deemed him too weak or unworthy.

After that, I did not receive much in the way of kind words, fatherly adoration or even parental love from the man but I got more approving nods than beatings than I thought was possible given the front row seat I had to the way he treated Niklaus over the years.

Time went on and Kol was born, Rebekah was born even Henrick was born. That year I took on sword training as soon as hard and fast as I did archery and skinning only to find that this seemed to be something Klaus was a natural prodigy at much to my chargrin. 

I put hundreds of hours into the art and he put half the effort in to achieve the same level of skill as me. It was irritating, to say the least especially after he realised the advantage he had.

In the end, I was forced to stop comparing my own swordplay to him after he beat me again and again. He was even better than Elijah when given enough year's to grow into his adult body.

And that as a clear sign as any, when I began to near my 18th birthday and noted how all of the Mikealsons now looked much closer to how they're immortal versions, would look a 1,000 years down the line. 

Things were finally coming to a head and I began to prepare for the events that would soon follow I knew I could perform wandless spells but I wanted to stick around to become a vampire.

The timeline was unchanged even with my presence because of my distance from my family, neither Klaus, not Henrick even considered letting me in on their plans to watch the werewolves change.

I waited patiently with the rest of the family and when morning came I watched disappointedly as Claus came running up with Henricks bloody body that was torn up in his arms.

I watched as they grieved and quickly turned and walked away. Best not to stand there staring and come across as entirely cold-hearted.

I had not allowed myself to grow attached to Henrick over the years very well aware that he was the sacrificial lamb to gaining immortality.

I have a plan that I started at the moment I saw Nikalus and Henrick planning to go and see the werewolves transform now all I need to do is wait.

There once was a person on earth whom as he was born everyone had gotten a shot of luck just as he came out of his mother's womb. But nobody could tell that this sudden surge of luck came from this newly born boy. Because as what comes with luck to others there must also be something to balance that out and so as the child was born his mother passed away.

Now orphaned as a baby he was named Atticus, he had Greek and Norse looks. As he grew up he grew to enjoy how the world works and so after graduating high school at 18 he started to travel the world to see what it offered.

His first stop was to see the pyramids and history of Egypt to explore the vast area of deserts. Then he went to Greece to trace down his Greek lineage ancestors to find comes from a line of heroes like Leonidas and etc.

Then went to Rome to see how religion worked and he became both confused and worried about how it can become a crutch for some, salvation for others, and just stupid nonsense to others. Because to him it should be something that gives spiritual wisdom and hope to keep on the more moral side of things.

He also went to his Norse side of his lineage to see where it comes from and it looks to come down from the line of Sigurd. Then he went to China to see the Great Wall and the history of there ancestors there, he was particularly hooked upon the author of the art of war, Sun Tzu.

Then he went to Russia, Europe, UK, USA, Korea, then finished in Japan and as he went to all these places he learned martial arts that were popular in the area. And as he finished in Japan he was learning kenjutsu from a master nearby his home when a friend from the dojo got him hooked on manga, novels, comics, etc.

And as he started to read fate he finally figured that one thing he always had and it was like the skill golden rule that Gilgamesh had. He had always wondered how everything he did could always make money and when he finished in Japan he became one of the wealthiest men in the world.

And as he was nearing 40 he was wondering how he should pass on his own legacy. Then went to a bunch of orphanages around the world and adopted around 8-10 children so that they could each inherit a part of his legacy that he would leave behind.

Now years go by and the children he adopted are doing well and have picked up the reins, so now he can relax in his elder years with all the manga, novels, comics, and games he's collected and read them.

Now at the end of his life he was wondering what would life be like if there was as much adventure here as there was in went he read or played. And as he closed his eyes for the last time his soul was leaving his body then was going somewhere in a planned path when suddenly a wormhole appeared out of nowhere. Atticus soul was sucked right into it and appeared in a place of chaos.

The place where his soul ended up was in the middle of chaos as it was starting the Big Bang that started it all. And as his soul was roaming in chaos he started to merge with the chaos as his memories of what he did with his life and more importantly all stuff he has read or played began to become the template of what the Omni verse will become.

This is just a fanfic that I thought about on the fly so it’s probably not that great but imma do what I can with it...
