Okay, so I haven’t seen a Red vs Blue fanfic on here so I decided to make one. I don’t own anything and if ROOSTER TEETH doesn’t want me to continue I will remove this.
 Okay onto the synopsis: after ending the Civil war, the Reds and Blues thought that going on vacation will help! But sent onto another dimension where teenage girls can weld a scythe twice the size of her wasn’t on the menu! Ahh Fuckberries, here we go again!

Daven Mallon an above average guy with a pat full of mistakes and bad deads trying to repent by doing the right thing , but he dies and is reincarnated in BNHA , a world he has idea about , cause he wasn't an anime lover .

After losing his parents, a young man discovered himself gifted with super powers and is now determined to find the murderer of his family and obtain vengeance.
He will back off under no-conditions even if Superman should stand in his way.

I don't own any of DC Universe or any anime characters mentioned. They are owned by their original creators.

Before Supergirl could go back home she had to tell the rest of the Justice League first. The appearance of someone so powerful, to give even Darkseid a one sided beat down, was something extremely important. 

She flew all the the way to the Justice League Watchtower and found no one other than Martian Manhunter manning the deck.

"J'onn, why are you the only one here?" She asked the green man.

"Well it's because-" he turned around and when he saw Kara's injuries he paused. "What happened to you? Are you alright?"

"Yeah I'm fine, I'm alright. I came because I have to inform everyone of some pretty important news." 

"I see, well everyone else is either at work, sleeping or just doing their thing. Let me just send them a message." 

He turned and floated towards the huge computer in the space station and paused. 

"Do get yourself checked out in the medical bay first, it's probably going to take a bit of time for everyone to gather up."

Kara nodded and went to get a checkup.

-2 hours later-

Inside the League Watchtower tensions grew among the League members, anxious at what piece of news Kara wanted to tell them. The members present were Batman, Superman, Aquaman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, The Flash, Hawkgirl, Cyborg and Martian Manhunter of course.

"J'onn, where's Kara?" Asked an impatient Batman.

"I'm the medical bay, she was quite injured when she arrived." 

"Injured? How injured? Who injured her?" Superman asked worried for his cousin and one and only blood relative.

"Relax Kal, I'm alright. Only a few fractures here and there, nothing too serious." Supergirl spoke as she came in with bandages all over her body and left arm in a cast.

"Who did this to you?" Wonder Women asked angrily.

"Darkseid." 

Supergirl's reply startled the Justice League, all of them taking this meeting a lot more serious now.

"That monster's back?" Asked Flash.

"If he's back then this is a lot more serious than we thought." Added Batman with his hand holding his chin.

"Well, it's actually not about Darkseid. It's actually about someone else... someone a lot stronger than him." 

Most members nearly stumbled forward at Supergirl's words... *someone stronger than Darkseid?!* they all thought.

She didn't want to make them any more anxious and so she told them what happened to her. At the part where she described how Darkseid was beating her, Superman clenched his fists.

She then told them how she was thrown by him and then collided with a passing man riding his motorcycle. 

Some of the members flinched for the man but at the part where the man got up with no injury the story got a little more interesting.

Towards the end of the story where Darkseid got humiliated the Space Station was in pin-drop silence. Green Lantern and Flash even had their jaws dropped.

"Do you know the man's name at least?" Batman broke the silence. 

"Yeah, before he left I asked him. He told me his name is Rax... Rax something. I'm sorry it's kinda hard to-"

"Raxdos" Martian Manhunter said and everyone then turned towards him.

"Yeah! That's right, Raxdos.... but how did you know?" Supergirl asked.

"*Sigh* Darkseid is one of the most notorious figures in the galaxy, but of course everything has opposites. One of these opposing figures are the Green Lanterns who are known for their righteousness and justice.

But even the Green Lanterns have some jobs that are deemed impossible, isn't that right Hal?" Martian Manhunter turned towards Green Lantern and the latter nodded solemnly.

"These particular jobs that no one really wants to take have a big price put on them. Which leads me to the party in the middle, neither evil or good. The Bounty Hunters." Martian Manhunter was going to continue before he was cut off.

"Can you get to the point?" Asked Batman impatiently.

"One of the most well known bounty hunters in the galaxy is a duo made of 'The Main Man' and 'Huntseek'. Not a lot is known about them except for their real names- Lobo who we all know and then, Raxdos. 

Before I continue can you answer one question Kara?" 

Supergirl nodded, taken by surprise.

"What colour were the man's eyes?" 

"Oh yeah, His eyes! They were so beautiful, one of them is red while the other-"

"Green?" J'onn cut her off and she nodded. "Than my guess is correct, this Raxdos is that bounty hunter. This specific feature is all that is known about him actually."

The League were a little unsure what to think... is this good news? Is this bad news? 

"Why is he exactly well known though?" Wonder Woman asked.

"Two reasons- Risk and Success Rate. The duo are the only ones to have a record of 100% successful missions, where most of the jobs were deemed to be impossible. One thing does worry me however."


Martian Manhunter paused and the members looked at each other before nodding for him to continue.

"Some of these missions weren't to track down escaped criminals and bring them back... they were 'extermination jobs'." The way he worded it made it clear to everyone else what he meant.

"That says pretty much everything doesn't it? The guy does anything for money and if he's on our planet it can only mean one thing." Batman spoke.

"Wait! He said something about being on holiday so I'm not too sure about what you're implying." Supergirl cut in and although she found out her benefactor is a cold hearted bounty hunter, she knew there was more to it than just that.

*Silence*

*On holiday?* they all thought.

"He helped Kara and although he's probably not that great of a guy, I'm vouching for him. Let's make contact with him and if what he says about being on holiday is true then we can leave him alone?" Superman spoke with his hand on Kara's shoulder.

"Only 'If' he doesn't have any other intentions." Answered Batman.

"Guys, I say we recruit the guy." Cyborg suggested while The Flash and Green Lantern tried to suppress their laughter.

"Are you serious?" Hawkgirl asked.

"Dead serious, he helped Kara and had no reason to do so." Cyborg continued.

"Raxdos is also quite well known for his popularity with women, and Kara is beautiful after all. Maybe he helped her just that sole reason." Martian Manhunter said.

This new statement made things a little awkward and if someone looked at the Kryptonian duo they could see one with slightly blushing cheeks and the other with a clenching fist.

"Let's just figure him out first, how about it?" Cyborg ended the discussion like that and the rest agreed to take it slow.

The story of the son of a Kryptonian and Tamaranian, outcast and abandoned by both races.

Mount Justice

Batman met the five young heroes in the Justice League's old headquarters, the Secret Sanctuary inside of Mount Justice. 

"Since all of you are determined to fight the good fight, this will be your new base" announced Batman 

"Isn't this the old Justice League base that was compromised" asked Kid Flash 

"Exactly the villains know that we know that they know so they wouldn't attack here" said Robin 

"Ohhh so this is hiding in plain sight" remarked Kid Flash 

"You 6 will be on the team and doing the missions" said Batman

"Actual mission?" questioned Kid Flash 

"Yes covert missions, leave big stuff to us that's why we have these targets on our backs" replied Flash knowingly

"6 people?" questioned Robin

"Ye" before Batman could reply he was interrupted by people teleporting

As the light around the teleporter 2 figures could be seen. Marian Manhunter and a teenage girl who looked similar to him.

"This is my niece M'gann M'orzz" introduced Marian Manhunter 

"Hi everyone my name is M'gann M'orzz but you all can call me Megan" said Megan shyly

"Hi I'm Wally or Kid Flash and that's Robin, Aqualad, Superboy and Match" introduced Wally flirtatiously "But you don't have remember them"

"Hello everyone" replied Megan excitedly not noticing the flirty look Wally was giving her

Suddenly Superboy looked at Megan enraged and shouted "Get out of my head" and stormed off

Megan looked very upset by this and looked towards Chris or now Match unsure of what she had wrong.

"You tried to speak with him telepathically didn't you? He doesn't like that" Match answered 

"Anyways Red Tornado has volunteered to be your supervisor, and Black Canary has offered her skills as a trainer for the team. The Team will go on covert missions ; the League will still handle the high-profile cases" Batman remarked

Mount Justice a few days later

(Chris POV)

I gotta say this is a new experience for me, all the tension that's built up after the first meeting of the meet. I've been training non-stop and absorbing sunlight like a mad man. It's good news because I just keep on improving. I think that that I'm no where near Superman's level but I can at least protect myself.

The team keeps on asking Red Tornado for missions that he keeps on saying "its Batman's job" but the team isn't letting up.


I've made friends with Aqualad because he is a nice guy but Wally is too annoying and I'm just not used to it. Anddddddd don't get me started on Robin he's got some sort of superiority complex. Other than that Me and Superboy are getting along just fine. We train together and i gotta say he's really trying hard to catch up to my strength and I admire that.

Later


We were all in the living roon and all of a sudden Red Tornado announced "there is a emergency that requires your assistance" and we all quickly got up and got ready for the mission.

BRENDAN POV

"KABOOM!" My body got hit by an explosion which sends me to hit the wall making me cough out my blood.

"You lost!" I heard the announcement making the hologram of my doppelganger disappeared

"Noob Overhaul:0. Badass Overhaul:15." Jesse announced making me glared at her.

"What? It is true you know. You lose to your doppelganger hologram 15 times. Need I say the first time you fight your hologram doppelganger he beat you in 2 movements." She told me while giving me a towel to wipe my sweat.

"At least now I can fight him longer than before," I replied while wiping my sweat.

But then Harrison Wells enter.

"You know if you fight your doppelganger right now you will be dead. " He told me.

"I know that," I replied and stand up.

"You want to fight more?" Harrison asked me.

"Nah. I needed to vent out my anger right now," I said and wear my hero suit with enveloping my face in a black mist.

Today, I am not going to patrol Central City once again stopping these petty crimes.

"Overhaul. A burn building near the Dessert cafe you like." I heard Harrison Wells talked to me.

"Copy that." I open a Warp Gate and walk through it.

Looking at the building I can see this building has 5 floors and the firemen still have not arrived.

Some citizens notice me with all of them take out their phone to take pictures of me.

"Look. It's Overhaul."

"Yeah. But he looks shorter."


"And he wears his old suit."


"But he is still a badass." 

I actually liked the last comment with me hold out my hand towards the fire.

"What are you doing?" I heard Jesse asked me.

"Absorbing the fire," I replied.

"Then I will freeze this whole building," I added.

Then my left hand absorbed the fire with me feeling more energized than before.

I then touch the building with my right hand and encase it in ice.

"Okay folks who are in that building, you now cha walk out safely." Said me in a loud tone with several footsteps can be heard from within that building.

About 10 people get out from that building.

I entered the building to see if there is any person in that building but then I block a slash from a katana with my frozen right hand.

"Dark Archer?" I asked but he just replied back with a step backwards and throw a grenade to me which I froze it.

Then he shot out 3 explosive arrows to me but with single swept of my hand, those arrows turned into a crisp.

"Hmm. Your fighting styles really is different from the Overhaul I knew." He said with a modulated voice.

"Who are you really? A clone?" He asked me but I did not answer.

Quietly I open a warp gate behind me with me shot many ice spikes toward him but he skilfully dodges them but it is according to my plan 

Opening many warp gate around him, the ice spikes kept attacking him. 

He managed to avoid but one stabbed his knee making his movement for a second and that is all I need to lunch his right face out of the building.

I ran after him only to see him he has disappeared.

"Ah. Damn it." I cursed.

"You should not punch him that hard," Jesse told me making me release a sigh.

"You are right. So any crimes that needed to be solved?" I ask them while looking at the sky but my eyes go winded as I see a figure landed in front of me.

"Well, no crime but you can kick his ass," Jesse said to me.

"Great. Green Arrow. Just the man who I wanted to beat a badly." I thought in my head.

I see he is staring at me with him pointing his arrow directly to me.

"Wells? Check is another League member is nearby? No way they used to send this archer alone." I muttered in a low tone.

"On it," Wells said while I am now starting at this Green Arrow.

"So Overhaul, it seems you got younger?" Green Arrow said to me but I kept quiet.

"Not a much talker eh? That is so like you." He said and I avoided a punch that comes from behind but sadly a kick hit my stomach made me crash to the wall.

"Oh, man. Shazam.Great. This man child hero." Muttered me.

"Not just that. It seems Martian Manhunter is nearby I guess he wanted to attack your mind but failed. But be aware of him. He can sneak attack upon you." Wells informed me making me crack my body.

"Hmm. So you 2 are going to fight me huh? You better entertain me." I fold them and Shazam is the one who shot himself towards me.

A punch is sent to my face but I block the lunch with my palm thought I moved backwards for a few step.

I then grab his fist tightly and froze his entire arm but he headbutt me but I did not flinch as I grit my teeth in pain enduring from being headbutt by this Chosen One.

Conjuring my blue fire on my left pal I touch his face and burned him.

A burst of fire hit his face making him scream in pain with a straight kick towards his face that made him cough out blood sending him to crash to another building.

An arrow almost hit my knee but thankfully my right hand froze the arrow and it breaks upon hitting my knee who is now being hardened by Strength Force.

"Freeze Floor!" I slam down my hand on the ground with Green Arrow quickly get out of the building but did I let him to? No. I blast myself towards him with swing my left hand towards him.

"Blue Slash!" A slash of blue fire hit him sending him to fell to the ground with him rolling his body on the ground trying to erase the fire.

That is when I felt a presence behind me and I let clades half of my body with my blue flame making Martian Manhunter back away.

"You sure are sneaky Martian Manhunter," I said to him with him extending his finger trying to tie up my leg but sadly for him, a wall of fire made him unable to approach me.

"Give up Martian before you got injured badly by me." I treat him.

"I no we Justice League wanted to know who you really are. You look younger with your voice is different and your suit is different than before. Are you a clone?" He asks me.

"No. I am just taking over Overhaul's place until he comes back to this planet." I informed him and open a warp gate behind him.

Then a blade made of blue fire is placed on his neck making him freeze with sweats and fear can be seen on his face.

"I only said this once. Leave. Me. Alone. You will not like me when I lost patience. I maybe not the Overhaul you guys are familiar with but assured you when you pissed me off, you will be the Overhaul you knew very well. I watch the video when you Justice League got thrashed by that Overhaul, got explode in your nose and eyes, maybe I should put this blue fire in your throats and ears along with your neck.

Or maybe froze your eyeballs or mouth completely. Those are some good options. I wonder how you like to be trapped in my a prison of blue flame that slowly will burn you alive to crisp." Said me to the Martian Manhunter with a cold expression on my face with the sound of promising pain can be heard from my mouth.

I noticed how Martian Manhunter flinches hearing that with him seems to be talking to someone.

"Must be talking to the Batman." I thought in my head and retract back my hand and erased my blue fire on Oliver's body who now has passed out on the street.

"Pick up your friends and get the hell out of this city. Remember my warning Martian if you and your friends did not want to get hurt like the last time you fought against that Overhaul." I told him and open a warp gate with my walk through it.

GENERAL POV

Seeing this new "Overhaul" gone, Martian Manhunter let out a sigh of relief as he almost felt like he will die after being corned by his blue fire.

"No doubt, Batman's suspicion of this Overhaul is from different universe is real.

"But still, even though he is not a powerful person like the Overhaul we knew, he still has that cunning mind and his powers are troublesome for us." Martian Manhunter thought.



Back to Brendan who now is training in the Star Labs while doing squats, while being pressured by Gravity 10X.

He then proceeded to do fingertip push-ups 50 times followed by one hand push-ups 60 times and lastly lifting dumbness that Wells made that used by his doppelganger which weight 100 ton.

Pushing his body to his limit and tearing his muscles, tiring his stamina, he kept fainting making Wells and Jesse worried about him.

"Brendan, I know you are training very hard to achieve the same level as your doppelganger but even he knows how to rest. You have been doing this for 3 weeks straight without rest." Wells said to Brendan who now is running around the labs while dragging his dumbells.

"It is just not that. I array read the news on what happened to this world. Darkseid, Thanagarian Invasion, the fight against Injustice League and lastly Darkseid, from what I see my doppelganger beat the Man of Steel, alone many times.

Outwitted the Dark Knight, Batman himself many times and defeated his Bat-family many times. Made the Joker afraid to approach him

Even Shazam is afraid to fight against my doppelganger with his superfamily. And most of all he faced Darkseid with his sons and win against them which is a hard task even for Superman, the supposed strongest hero in Earth." Brendan told Harrison and then stop to look at him.

"And from what I see, he even beat The Fastest Man Alive, simply by making him freeze completely and made him a joke by stopping his speed easily. And me? I am even lucky to meet Zoom who let his guard down due to my age. I needed to be prepared to take down anyone who dared to cross path with me." 


Harrison who hears this sigh.

"Stubborn like your doppelganger. " He said and then take out a paper

"Here. Take this." He said to Brendan who take a look at the 

"This symbol?My symbol suit What you want me to do with this paper?" Brendan asks Harrison.

"Your doppelganger basement. For doppelganger once said to me to rip this paper and anyone who rips this paper will be magically teleported to his basement." He told Brendan.

"Seriously? What can I do at his basement?" Brendan asks Harrison.


"Become stronger. Your doppelganger as you can see not only excel in those Force and explosive power with cyrokines is, he also excels in magic." Harrison then showed a video of my doppelganger fight against Doctor Fate with him winning.

"You see? Your doppelganger also posses magic skills while you aren't. I believe there will be some notes in that basement to make you use magic as your doppelganger does." Harrison told Brendan who nodded his head.

"Thanks," Brendan said to Harrison.

"You are welcome." He replied with Brendan stopped his training and rip the paper. Then a magic circle appeared beneath him and Brendan disappeared from the training room.

"Crap. I forgot to tell him that there are a safety measure and that scary automaton." Harrison muttered while hoping that Brendan will be alive returning from his doppelganger basement.

But then his lab made a sound with Harrison take a look at his watch only to sigh seeing who is the intruder.

"Here comes the Justice League. Activate the Anti-Justice Safe Protocol." He said and sees his daughter walk to him.

"Are they here?" Jesse asked his father who nodded his head.

A red blur ran passed through that door but then 2 blasts of vibration hit the red blur making his run stop abruptly 2 darts attack his leg making the Flash scream in pain after being stabbed by the darts.

He then fell to the floor with feeling numb on his leg.

"Sorry Flash but when you got hunted by an evil speedster, you must have a security system to handle the like of you. Along with your super friends." Harrison muttered before a black blur fell beside the Flash in a net that is now binding the Dark Knight who is writing his teeth as a slight movement will cause green figure tasered by millions of volts.

A green figure then appeared from the roof with slightly scorch body. This green figure is Martian Manhunter.

"Once again, I apologize for these actions gentlemen. Oh, and Atom, I suggest you shrink back to your normal size before my tiny robot mosquitoes that now are ready to kill you will kill you." Harrison muttered before Atom appeared.

Without him noticing another dart hit his waist making him fell to the floor.

"Hey! I do what you ordered." Atom said to Harrison who just chuckles hearing that.

"But getting in my building secretly is not good. You guys or heroes can count this as a safety measure." Harrison said and take a seat.

Before he knew it, Batman got freed from his bind and just a step away from grabbing Harrison collar, many guns appeared targeted the Dark Knight making him halt his movement.

"I suggest you did not do that Batman. I did not want your family to make a fuss in my building." Harrison told the Batman who just glared at him.

"Where is him?" Batman asked Harrison who just smiled.

"Who knows? Maybe at your Watchtower?" Harrison replied making Batman glared deeper at him.


"Do not take me as a fool Wells. I knew you hide him somewhere here." Batman said to Harrison who chuckles hearing this.

"That is funny coming from the guy who continuously hacked into my building CCTV cameras and system many times. And Martian, stop your useless mind-reading ability. It will not work on me." Harrison leisurely told the 3 League members before the building shook.

"Guess the Man Of Steel has arrived to check out his friends. I suggest you told him not to punch the barrier around my building anymore. It took years and sweats to build a barrier that can withstand his punches twice. Said to him my barrier break and a certain green stone will be shot towards him. " Harrison said coldly to them making Martian contacted Superman.

"He has agreed only if you let him enter into this building," Martian told Harrison who smiles hearing this.

"Put the barrier down and activated this room in red " Harrison muttered before the walls let out a red sun flat that weakens Superman who groggily enter the room.

"That is for destroying my barrier, Superman," Harrison told Superman who just stared at him angrily.

"Why? Why do you help that Overhaul?" Batman finally voices out.

"Why I help this Overhaul? He reminded me of our Overhaul. You guys noticed right. Despite being younger and did not have a battle experience like our Overhaul, he still has that coming mind to battle shorter opponents than him. Of course, his ability almost the same but with this young Overhaul seems are not creative like our Overhaul we miss. Wonder where he is now? Maybe on a planet after being teleported by you huh Batman? Who knows?" Harrison leisurely ask.

"For your information, our Overhaul will return shortly after have his journey in space ended. And he cannot wait to meet you, Batman, after you and your dear Doctor Fate send him to space, luckily he manages to survive in an unknown planet which is very far away from space." Harrison told Batman.

"He contacted you," Superman said to Harrison who nodded his head.

"Of course. After all, I am one of the people he trusts the most. He can just teleport back here but he decided to have his space adventure for a while. He said this to me" Wonder if the Justice League will still exist after I return?" Harrison said but all of them flinch hearing this.


They knew, Overhaul alone can defeat the strongest members many times.

"This Overhaul?The young one. Which universe is he?" Flash asked but Harrison did not answer his question.

"Ignoring that question, I am going to ask you League members to kindly get the hell out of my building right now," Harrison said before Atom suddenly said something that ticks him off.

"Why you side with this damn Overhaul? He is a killer. His hand already has the blood of the people or is he killed. He is a ruthless person. He is not a hero. Don't you see it? He used his power without care to kill those people and injured us. Even this young Overhaul will end up backing like him." Atom told Harrison who then glared at him.

"So what? Need to remind me you who rescued your ass when Doomsday arrived in this Earth when the main members of the Justice League got injured.Overhaul.Who defeats the Yellow Lantern Corps again? I know. Overhaul. And lastly who shooed away Darkseid and his army away from our planet? Overhaul.

More importantly, this young Overhaul rescued my precious daughter when you guys can't. Even when she got kidnapped with me almost, you guys did not come. You have the fastest man alive and yet you did not live up to your name. You are a joke Flash. Hear me. A joke. Lose to another speedster and yet still claimed yourself as the fastest man alive. 

And you, you called yourselves the World Greatest Detective but it took you hours and days to find my daughter. And lastly, we have the Man Of Steel who is still with his rigorous justice attitude who have such amazing powers and yet is still dumb on using it. I cried. My tears fell down when I see that damn Zoom snatch away my daughter.

I screamed for help many times but guess what? No heroes came. Call for Overhaul. He is very far from Earth and is busy saving a planet which is not Earth at that time. And you guys, probably chasing women skirt while trying to cover up your identity or busy searching for a crime family which kept growing like grass.

So I decided to take a risk by goes to confront Zoom himself in another universe where I stumbled again a young Overhaul who can fend himself against Zoom why you fairly Flash. To u hear me? A young Overhaul managed to defeat Zoom while you barely can."

"Look, Wells. I am sorry for not able to protect this city from Zoo-"

"Save your apologies. I already got my daughter back. Now get the fuck out of my building or I will call the police. Now, scram. Get the fuck off my building!" Harrison shouted making the League members slowly get out from the building before being teleported back to The Watchtower.

"Dad. Are you alright?" Jesse asked her father. 

"Yeah. I am alright." Harrison said.

"You know, the reason you are overprotective against this Overhaul is that you knew his father right?" Jesse said to Harrison who nodded his head.

"It is already enough he lived such a hard life, now the heroes are after his head and wanted to put him into a prison for killing those evil criminals. No way. I am not alone to protest about this matter. Many nations who Overhaul has rescued will immediately lash out at the Justice League will lose support from many nations. 

It suffices enough that the Justice League barely kept the citizens safe by knocking out the criminals but the crime rate kept increasing with more villains kept getting freed from the prisons. And that is why Brendan must he prepared? Hopefully, he will be able to learn a few tricks from his doppelganger in his own doppelganger basement.

Brendan Hunter, a teen who has a bad life founded himself in the world of DC with 4 quirks and 2 Force that accompanied him.

July 5th, 01:29 EDT, Cadmus

Scarlet's face smiles at the four boys as she closes her wings and the air pushes them out just as the building collapses on her.

"No way..." Kid Flash mutters as he looks at the building. "Why would she..."

"Damnit! That's so stupid! We would have gotten out without her having to play hero!" Robin yells but the end of his voice breaks slightly.

"What will we tell the League?" Aqualad asks, looking downcast and away from the building.

"What we'll tell the League!?" Kid Flash yells, "You're acting like she's.. she's dead!" 

"We must expect the worst from something like that..." Aqualad says solemnly and no one speaks. 

"At least we have the moon..." Robin says.

"See?" Kid Flash questions, drawing Superboy's attention away from the building and using his thumb to gesture. "The Moon."

They can only stand and take it all in, but then a figure appears in its light, cloaking him in shadows. Superboy squints slightly, trying to see who it is. As he slows and comes down to the ground it becomes obvious it's Superman.

"Seems we won't have to wait to tell them..." Robin says to the group. 

Martian Manhunter, Zatara, Captain Marvel, and Red Tornado fly behind the Big Blue Boyscout. Followed by Captain Atom, Hawkman, Wonder Woman, Hawkwoman, and the first Green Lantern. The second Green Lantern brings a platform for the Leaguers who can't fly; Black Canary, Aquaman, Batman, and Green Arrow.

As Batman steps up to Superman, Flash zooms in, standing to Batman's left.

Superboy steps up first, gaining scrutiny in Superman's eyes, but not stopping as he lifts the torn front of his suit, revealing the same S that is mirrored on his own costume. Superman's eyes widen in shock, while Superboy's features soften. Only for Superman's gaze to turn hard and cold, bringing on an annoyed look of confusion on Superboy's face.

"Is that what I think it is?" Batman questions.

"He doesn't like being called an "it"." Kid Flash says stepping up and putting his left hand to face towards Superboy as speaks.

"I'm Superman's clone!" Superboy speaks up, gaining a shocked look from Kid Flash. While Martian Manhunter looks to Captain Marvel, Flash looks to Green Arrow, and Aquaman and Black Canary can only look on in shock while Wonder Woman can only look around as if looking for someone.

Batman's eyes zero in on Robin's. "Start talking."

Robin lowers his head but still starts talking. He explains everything, how Scarlet got them there all the way to her pushing them out of the building. The League looks at them with shock and Wonder Woman has pain in her eyes.

After the explanation, both Green Lanterns have Blockbuster trapped inside a sphere, while Hawkman, Hawkwoman, and Captain Atom fly alongside them.

"There's no sign of D- Scarlet in there," Wonder Woman says solemnly to Batman.

"What!" Kid Flash yells, "But we- We saw her get crushed!"

"Reality is often disappointing," A gruff voice says and everyone turns to see where it came from, out of the shadows steps a familiar figure. 

Scarlet Angel stands covered in dust and a bit of blood but other than that in one piece. "Miss me?" She smirks. 

Wonder Woman walks over to her and hugs her, "Don't ever do something that stupid without telling someone like that ever again."

"Not like I died," She replies but her eyes are tired. 

Superman is having a conversation with Martian Manhunter. Nothing is said for a moment, then Manhunter places a hand on Superman's shoulder, causing Superman to meet Superboy's gaze. The clone's look is curios, while Superman's is hard. The clone looks away, then glances back, seeing Superman look down and away from him before finally turning and walking towards him.

Superman sighs as he meets his cross-armed clone. "We'll, uh, we'll figure something out for you. The League will, I mean." he corrects himself quickly. "For now I better make sure they get the Blockbuster creature squared away." then he flies away with a swish of his cape. Leaving Superboy following him with shocked, hurt, and confused eyes.

"Cadmus will be investigated," Batman says drawing the teens' attention to him, Flash, and Aquaman as they walk towards them. "all levels but let's make one thing clear-"

"You should have called." Flash pipes up, even catching Batman's attention.

"We were lacking something called cell service," Scarlet refutes the claim but it's more a comment than an argument, she's too tired for that right now. 

"End results aside, we're not happy." Batman growls. "You disobeyed direct orders and endangered lives. You will not be doing this again."

"I am sorry, but we will." Aqualad states strongly, even Robin steps up slightly.

"Aqualad, stand down." Aquaman attempts to command the older teen.

"Apologies, my king," he even makes reverence as he speaks, then his voice goes firm once more. "but no." this catches an eyebrow raise from the King of Atlantis. "We did good work here tonight, the work you trained us to do. Together on our own, we forged something powerful, important."

"If this is about your treatment at the Hall, the four of you-" Flash tries to understand where they're coming from but is completely off.

Scarlet Angel doesn't hesitate to correct him. "The five of us, and it's not."

"Batman, we're ready to do what you taught us, or why teach us at all?" Robin speaks the quietest out of the group, but as he steps up to speak to his mentor it's obvious that he feels just as strongly about it as they do.

"Why let them tell us what to do?" Superboy questions, his arms uncrossing as he too steps up. "It's simple. Get on board or get out of the way." all four of them were watching him, but they all turn back towards their mentors. Standing tall, proud, and defiant.

"We are our own people, you can't stop us no matter how hard you try because justice finds a way. Always," Scarlet Angel says, the spark of fire is back in her eyes and she stands tall.

July 8th, 8:04 EDT, Mount Justice

Green Lantern and Captain Atom are flying large pieces of equipment around the Mountain. Four days ago I didn't even know this place existed but now I'm standing in the Center with Superboy, Robin, and Aqualad, now dressed in civilian clothes. Batman, Aquaman, Flash, Wonder Woman, Hawkman, Black Canary, Red Tornado, and Captain Marvel are also here.

"This cave was the original secret sanctuary of the Justice League," Batman tells us. "We're calling it into service again. Since you are all so determined to stay together and fight the good fight you'll do it on League terms." All of us watch as Batman walks slightly away from the center of the room. "Red Tornado volunteered to live here and be your supervisor. Black Canary's in charge of training. I will deploy you on missions."

A pair of sunglasses covers Robin's eyes, clearly there to protect his identity, speaks up. "Real missions?" he checks.

"Yes, but covert," Batman confirms stepping back to be closer to the boys before him. 

"The League will still handle the obvious stuff." Flash speaks up from behind Kid Flash's right shoulder. "There's a reason we have these big targets on our chest."

"I thought it was just comical," I smirk.

"But Cadmus proves the bad guys are getting smarter. Batman needs a team that can operate on the sly." Aquaman continues as he ignores my comment, then turns his head towards Batman to continue the flow of conversation.

"The six of you will be that team." Batman states.

"Six?" I question, raising my eyebrow slightly.

Batman only looks Robin's shoulder and all of us turn to see Martian Manhunter stepping out of the shadows with a green-skinned, red-haired teenaged girl. "This is the Martian Manhunter's niece. Miss Martian."

She raises her left hand, giving them a small wave and smile, then a shy "Hi."

"Hell yeah, another girl," I say as I look over at her.

Kid Flash looks down to Robin as he puts one hand on his hip,  and Robin looks up at Kid Flash. 

"Liking this gig more every minute." he steps up, somewhat blocking her view of Robin and Superboy. "Uh welcome aboard, I'm Kid Flash." using his thumb to point at himself. "That's Robin," he steps to the side and giving Rock n Roll sign. "Aqualad." Aqualad gives a small nod but says nothing more. "And that's Scarlet Angel, though we all call her Scarlet for short," I smile at her. "It's cool if you forget their names."

I sigh and roll my eyes and walk over to her, only stopping to punch Kid Flash in the arm. "Ignore them, the Kid seems to think with the wrong head," I say to her and Kid Flash makes an offended face. 

"I'm honored to be included." Miss Martian says sincerely, clasping her hands in front of her.

Aqualad, Robin, and Kid Flash also walk to talk to her. However, Superboy stays behind, something I notice he also has a downcast expression. "Hey, Superboy come meet Miss M!" I call out.

Superboy walks over to the rest of the team; Miss Martian uses her shape-shifting ability to change her shirt color from white with a red X to black with the same red X, even going so far as to remove her cape. She looks down before speak. "I like your shirt." she admits Superboy gives her a small smile, which causes Robin to nudge his elbow into his chest with a smirk on his features. While Kid Flash zips to his other side with a bright smile.

"Boys," I laugh. We're a team now and this will be great. 

"But before I forget," Batman says to draw our attention to him. "There will be someone else to stay at the cave though he will be working more with computers."

My eyes widen, could it be...? "His name is-" A familiar shape comes out from behind Batman.

"Stephen!" I yell in excitement as I jump at the figure and wrap him in a hug. 

A deep laugh and I look up into his face. His glasses are still too big and his brown hair is as curly as ever. His glasses slide down slightly and he wriggles one hand out of my bear hug to push them back up. "You've grown," he comments when he sees how we're almost the same height now. 

"Of course," I say stepping back, "It's been three years."

"Strange I thought you said three months last time," He laughs and I can tell that even though he laughs he did miss me.

"Ok, are we supposed to know who he is?" Kid Flash asks Robin and Aqualad, the first shrugs and the second shakes his head. 

I turn to them and so does Stephen, "This is Stephen he's a good friend of mine, he's crazy good with computers so we're in good hands."

Robin inclines his head slightly to Aqualad.

"Today is the day." He says proudly. And we all know it's true.

Batman waits for us to finish having our moment before he speaks again. "We've arranged for Scarlet, Miss Martian, Stephen and Superboy to be living in the cave as of now. When you're ready we can show you to your rooms."

Robin, Kid Flash, and Aqualad share a look. "We'll let you get settled in them," Aqualad says as he steps back.

"And I'll be seeing you later," Kid Flash tries to say flirtily to Miss Martian but I just roll my eyes. I have a feeling my want to punch him daily will only grow. 

"Follow me then," Wonder Woman says as we follow her and she, in turn, leads us each to our rooms.

Miss Martian goes first, then Super Boy, then Stephen and after a bit more of a walk Wonder Woman stops in front of a door. "And here's yours."  

I nod and step forward as the door opens with a familiar beep but Wonder Woman says one last thing, "Oh, and Dawn," I turn to look at her, "Just know I'm always here for you."

I silently nod and step into the room before the door closes behind me. The room is a lot like the one back at the warehouse, same bed, same door on the other side I assume leads to a  bathroom and the same shelving unit. The only main difference here is that instead of brick the walls are made of cut stone. I like it. 

I look around and notice they've already moved my stuff over. Considerate of them. I walk over to one of the shelves and I see the familiar photo in its frame sitting on one of the shelves. Me, mom and... The person I assumed was my father...

I sigh and sit down on the edge of the bed before I fall onto my back. What a mess my life is right now. 

A knock at the door brings me from my thoughts and I sit up. "Come in."

I'm slightly surprised when the door opens and Stephen comes in holding a laptop. "This a good time?" He asks. 

I just nod and he comes to sit next to me. After he fixes the laptop on his lap and adjusts his glasses he speaks, "So while you were gone I uh..." He clears his throat and tries again, "I know how Jikan's death bothered you so while you were gone I kept on looking deeper into Cadmus and I think I found some stuff you might want to see."

Jikan... Pain flashes across my eyes for a moment before I look over at the screen. From what I can see it looks like a file. But my eyes widen as I start to read the words on the screen, "It says that Jikan wasn't her real name. It was a code name given to her by one of the head scientists on the project who was Japanese..."

"It- It didn't show her real name... sorry..." Stephen says a little sheepishly but I don't even take note, all I can do is keep reading. 

This... This only starts to scratch the surface of her but even then I feel like I've never known more about her... "She was one of twelve original test subjects but she was the only one to survive the original testing... While her physical looks match that of a seven-year-old she was grown in a lab in only... Five days!"

This is... Stephen picks up from where I left off, "Her age was also part of the project, to see how the formula would react depending on the host's physical age. The other test subjects also varied in age and gender, it says that she escaped by freezing six staff members and making her way out through the vents."

I shiver as I think about her going through those dark, cramped vents while being all scared and alone. "And that's it... Sorry, they got it all locked up pretty good..." Stephen says as he looks away but I don't care, this is more than I ever knew before. 

"Whatever they're doing down there..." I say aloud after a moment as more questions than ever whizz through my mind. Like what was that formula? Is... Was she a part of Project Godslayer? Just what is Cadmus planning? "It didn't just stop with those twelve or even me... They're going to keep on going, I know that for sure."

Star City Docks; July 17th, 23:16 PDT

In the cover of the night, two people are unloading a truck. As they remove the first long, flat, container an arrow drops between the two of them. Red fletching showing off and the tip blinks bright red before releasing gas. The two stumble and the container goes flying, popping open to reveal a high-tech gun. Which slides to the feet of one of their associates. He takes aim, the barrel gaining three red streaks. He looks at the construction set up over his head, finally zeroing in on Speedy, who seems to have fully ditched the hat.

"You again!" He yells at the teenager. "I'm starting to get insulted Green Arrow's not messing up my operation personally." then narrows his eyes as he aims for Speedy.

The hero dives right grabbing onto the support column next to him, just barely staying in front of the shots. As the man shoots at the bridge that he nearly grabbed he drops down one level and runs across that bridge instead. The man shoots just in front of the teen, who changes his momentum so he flips as he nocks an arrow and releases it. Shooting it right down the barrel, causing it explode in the man's hand, even shredding his suit.

"Do you know what I pay for a suit in my size?!" he yells even more angry at the 18-year-old. "Scorch the Earth, boys," he commands.

The other four raise their guns to do just that, but a blur comes through and two of them are suddenly left weaponless. The other two turns towards where the blur ran off to, only for their guns to be knocked out of their hands. Robin swings into an opening in the crates with his happy cackle. Bring their attention right to Aqualad.

Aqualad drops down with his water-bears turning into whips that hit the smugglers full force. Knocking them into the back of the truck and to the ground, unconscious.

The first man lifts a chunk of concrete and throws it at Speedy who is also using the crates to his advantage as he waits to strike with his already placed arrow. He comes to a stop, bracing himself in a downward diagonal with his foot on one of the crates as he launches an arrow that explodes as it hits the man's massive shoulder. It doesn't stop the metahuman from throwing another piece of concrete at Speedy. However, this time Speedy jumps out of the way, readying another arrow as Aqualad jumps where Speedy was with a mace and sword formed from his water-bearers. Chopping the concrete in two. Giving Speedy the opening to hit Brick with a gas arrow.

Speedy walks to the slightly out of breath Aqualad as he releases the magic that lets his water-bearers take shape. "The cave is perfect. It has everything the team will need." Aqualad tells Speedy.

"For covert missions," Robin says dropping down behind Speedy. "You know, spy stuff."

Kid Flash runs up the crates and lands just shy of the edge with inverted half. "And wait till you see Superboy and Miss Martian," he says excitedly. "But I saw her first."

"Not to mention Scarlet," Robin adds again, "She's way cooler than we all thought when we first met her."

"Again," Kid Flash says, "I saw her first."

Nobody comments on how weird his logic is seeing as he came last when they all first met her. 

But the gas wasn't enough to take out the man, which is made clear as he lets loose another war cry and throws another piece of concrete at the four. Speedy, Robin, and Kid Flash all dive out of the way, but Aqualad remains firm. Taking out the concrete with twin maces. Speedy uses two arrows that stick to the man's chest and release three spurts of flame to knock him back. Though the villain just chuckles. "Tell Arrow he shouldn't send boys to do a man's job." Speedy pulls another arrow taking aim. The man stands tall his arms out wide. "Go ahead." Speedy grinds his teeth as he shoots this arrow. Which hits and for a moment nothing happens, then foam releases from the capsule and sticks to the man and traps him in it.

Kid Flash skids to a stop crouched under Speedy's aim, just in case. "High-density polyurethane foam. Nice."

Speedy turns and walks away, but in order to fully get out of the docks, he needs to walk past Robin and Aqualad. Who stand on either side of two crates that create a path that will lead right out of the docks, if you know the way.

"So, Speedy, you in?"

"Pass," he says strongly but does pause to give them the answer. "I'm done letting Arrow and the League tell me what to do. I don't need a babysitter or a clubhouse to hang out with the other kids. Your Junior Justice League is a joke." Aqualad stops leaning against the crate. "Something to keep you busy and in your place." Speedy growls looking right to Robin before walking off. "I don't want any part of it." All three can only watch as their oldest friend, and the one the three of them looked up to not only turns it down but insults it as well.

"Let us go back," Aqualad says solemnly.

Dawn hates her life. It's boring and nothing ever happens to her. She wakes up, eats, goes to school, sleeps again and repeats. Boring am I right?

The only light in her life is hearing about the world's Heroes on the news.

Or it was until an unfortunate accident releases a power that neither she nor the other Heroes she loves could have ever imagined.

[POV Genesis]

Yusei, Blister, and Tanner laughed at the children and consider the black rose a myth. Leo then noticed the Fortune Cup invitations in my hand and Yusei's and he was excited.

I laughed when he saw him hopping. While I was laughing, Yusei screamed in pain and knelt on the ground.

Yanagi, Tanner, and Blister leaned over to help him, but I looked in front of me with a smile on my lips.

Very quickly, a gust of violent wind was felt and the duelists on the ground began to flee.

"Flee! The black rose is here!"

"Run for your life!"

An imposing dragon appeared in front of us and a purple root moved towards us destroying the ground. I jumped to dodge the blow with the others. Yusei held his arm with the mark and Leo looked at her with surprise.

Yusei rushed to the dragon and me and Leo followed him.

Arrive in front of the black rose, a woman wearing a mask and a cloak appeared in front of us. The black rose looked at Yusei because of his mark, but I caught his eye because I activated a hint of my powers that Akiza felt.

I looked at Akiza with a thin smile but Yusei stepped forward and Akiza used her powers to disappear.

Yanagi looked at this scene with surprise, "She's awesome."

"You say so, grandpa ..." Blister said.

"We find her, she really exists, Leo!"

"Yes Dexter, but this is the last time I'm in your plan!"

I looked around and everything was destroyed, I whistled at the powers of Akiza, "* fiuu * his powers are impressive, but ..."

"She's too uncontrolled, Sayer manipulates her like a toddler, and there's also the problem with Toby, Misty's brother. * Uff *"

Yusei looked at the place where Akiza had disappeared and said holding her arm, "I have to find this black rose."

"You're crazy, it's too dangerous!" Tanner shouted.

"It must Tanner, this brand I want to know what it is ..."

While everyone was talking, I looked up to see Lazar's crooked face, when he saw me looking at him with a cold look but a soft smile, he felt a cold in the back and he turned to flee.

"Hmph."

We spent the next two days preparing the Fortune Cup by doing simulations and finally, the day arrived.
Yusei, Leo and I were below the Duel Standart field.

Leo was arguing with Luna and me, Yanagi and Tanner were laughing but Luna's eyes were full of anger.

Leo and Luna were arguing and I kept laughing.

Finally, MC announced the beginning of the festivities and an announcement called the duelists to come to prepare.

"Attention to all participating duelists, please go to your posts!"

"It's finally starting, see you guys later."

I greet Tanner, Yanagi, Dexter and Luna.

Yusei and Leo did the same, but before that, Luna pulled Leo's ear and said, "If you dare ruin my reputation today you'll suffer, Leo understood!"

"Yes ma'am, my ear hurts, cowardly please."

"Hmph, do not think we are your toys."

[POV Narrator]

Above, on the duel stadium, MC presented Rex Goodwin as the promoter and Kaiba Corp as the Sponsor. Jack then made a spectacular entrance with his dragon archfiend and finally, MC called the 8 participants to go on stage.

At his call, the 8 participants left the ground thanks to platforms and he began to present them all.

"The Great Greiger! The Shira Ladle! The Little Luna! Sir Gill! Akiza Izinski! Professor Frank! The Scarlet Duelist, Genesis! And Finally Yusei Fudo!"

The spectators were screaming but when they saw Yusei, someone from the satellite, they started booing.

Greger stepped forward and gave a speech that silenced the audience and Goodwin took the opportunity to show his holy personality.

"Hypocrite!" Thought Genesis and many other people who know the truth about Goodwin.

The spectators calmed down but Genesis shook his head, "Human hypocrisy is endless ..."

MC then showed the screen to see how the duels will unfold and Genesis watched the screen for if it's going to be like in the anime.

Finally, the order of the duels are:

-Greiger VS Luna

-Shira VS Yusei

-Sir Gill VS Akiza

-Professor Frank VS Genesis

Genesis smiled badly and turned away from the screen. He then noticed some devices that were at the top of the Kaiba Dome and he thought, "These are the Zigzix devices, hmph."

[POV Genesis]

After being present to the crowd, we went behind the stadium, and now I was with Leo and Yusei.

"Thanks, Yusei for repairing my Duel Disk."

"Happy that you like it."

"I'm looking forward to a fight with Greiger, you will not have the last-minute advice."

"Yes, never forget to adapt to your opponent."

"It's going to be easy."

Leo passed Sir Gill and shouted, "Class your disguise."

I watched Leo leave with a confident smile and shake my head, "He's still a kid." I thought.

"Yusei, do you think he'll win?"

"... there is little chance."

"Mmhm."

We watched together on the screen, Leo rise in the dueling arena facing Greiger.

I watched Greiger play with Leo, Greiger possessed a deck that limited the opponent. Greiger could have defeated Leo faster, but Goodwin had given orders. Yusei and I watched Leo lose after 1 hour and come back with sad eyes.

Yusei comforted her but I only told her, "If you do not want to cry anymore then win and not lose anymore."

After that, we watched the duel of Akiza where everyone discovered that she was the legendary Black Rose.

Yusei next to me frowned at the duel. At some point, Greiger joined us and he and Yusei started discussing Akiza's duel.

Mpi I ignored them and closed my eyes waiting for my duel.

When Akiza won his duel as expected, Yusei went on to face Shira, who was replaced by Hunter Place.

When Yusei left, Greiger looked at me and said that my eyes were firm, "Why do you participate in the Fortune Cup?"

"Mmhm ..." I opened my eyes and looked at him. Looking at his eyes, I smiled and replied, "I received an invitation and I found this tournament quite interesting so I accepted, why a problem?"

Greiger frowned and thought, "He has replaced Commander Koda, but why is Goodwin the guest?"

After only 45 minutes, Yusei returned with a smile.

"Congratulations on your Yusei victory." Greiger congratulated him.

I looked at Yusei and said, "I think it's my turn now."

I headed towards the arena to meet my opponent. When I arrived, the technicians who were under the arena made me climb on a platform that I mounted at the top of the arena.

After a few seconds, I saw Professor Frank.

"He's crooked this guy." I thought.

[POV Narrator]

The MC introduced the two duelists to the crowd watching Genesis and the teacher.

"We have two duelists on the arena, the first is known as Professor Frank, he's celebrated for his mystical techniques in his duels, and then we've got Genesis, the scarlet duel that's been talked about recently! the owner of the legendary [Blue-eyed White Dragon]! "

The crowd looked at Genesis with wide eyes before screaming.

"Oooooh"

MC smiled and then shouted, "It's time the duel begins is not it ?!"

"Oooooh!

[POV Genesis]

On the arena, I looked at the professor who was looking at me with a thin smile.

"I'm proud to meet the duelist who owns the legendary [Blue-eyed White Dragon], would you please see the map?"

"You'll see her during the duel."

The professor kept his smile but I could feel his ill will for a short moment.

"If it were not for the crowd, I'll plunge him into a shadow duel to paralyze him for a few months." I was thinking.

The teacher wanted to dominate the spirit world and for Pharaoh, it was a royal offense.

MC: "Dear competitors, activate your Duel Disk!"

"Let's go!" We said.

{Genesis: 4000: 5 cards}

{The teacher: 4000: 5 cards]

"I have the honor to begin." said the professor.

"I draw." said the professor.

"I start by activating [Wave of Bad Intent], every time a monster I control is destroyed in combat, you will receive 300 damage."

I keep a neutral face, these passwords pass in front of an unstoppable force are children's games.

"I then invoke [Symmetry Rorschach] in attack position."

 [Rorschach Symmetry: Light / Psychic: Level 3: ATK 1200 / DEF 1200]

"And I finish my turn by putting two cards face down." he finished with a smile.

{Teacher: 4000: 3 cards}

"It's my turn, I draw." My cards are always brilliant, but I wanted to finish this vermin quickly.

"I start by laying two cards face down and then I invoke [Dragon Alexandrite] in attack!"

[Dragon Alexandrite: Light / Dragon: Level 4: ATK 2000 / DEF 0]

The crowd was impressed by this powerful level 4 monster but the teacher smiled, "I activate my card face down [Gestalt Trap], I can equip this card to a monster controlled by my opponent and the ATK and the DEF of the equipped monster become 0 and its effects are canceled. "

MC: "Ooooh, the teacher neutralizes all the power of the dragon, but what will Genesis do!"

I looked at the professor who had a smile, I replied with my own smile.

"You think you'll stop me this way, laughable."

The Alexandrian dragon was banished and a huge menacing black dragon took his place.

"... [Blue-eyed White Dragon]!" I roared while invoking my fetish dragon.

A deafening roar echoed with a white light in the arena. The crowd put their hands on their ears because of the force of the roar and closed their eyes.

When they found the sight, in front of them was a majestic but terrifying white dragon.

The professor had cold sweats seeing that I had summoned two powerful monsters on my first turn.

"He's so cool!" with sparks in the eyes.

"He is impressive." Luna had the card given by Genesis in his pocket with Kuriboh.

[POV Friends of Genesis]

Blister, "I knew he was not as" normal "as he said he was.

Yanagi, "Oooh, the [Blue-eyed White Dragon], it's amazing, and Genesis is amazing to summon it so fast!"

Tanner, "Calm you grandpa, but I agree with you, he's amazing."

[Yusei POV]

"... Genesis ..."

[POV Narrator]

People such as Jack Goodwin, Greiger, and the Kaiba Corp, had thinker eyes seeing the strength of Genesis and the rare cards in its possession.


[POV Genesis]

The teacher looked at the shocked dragons, but he recovered and he shouted, "I activate another face-down card, [Light to the depths]!"

"This trap card forces you to send your 5 best cards to the graveyard in the graveyard, then you draw a card and you reveal it, if you do not play this card or a card that has the same name then you will receive 2000 damage! "

I was slightly shaking, but I took my 5 best cards and sent them to the graveyard. I sent Obelisk, Slifer and the 3 versions of Ra to the graveyard.

I then drew a card that I revealed. The card turned out to be [Fusion Future].

"Thank you, Professor."

Everyone seeing the map in my hand looked at the professor with pity.

"Then I attack your [Symmetry Rorschach] with my [Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon]!"

"Ugh, the effects of my [Intentional Wave] card, you get 300 points of damage for destroying my monster!"

I mocked him and the crowd saw that Genesis' next attack would be the last.

"It's over for you! Go, [Blue-eyed White Dragon]! Burst Stream of Destruction!"

The white dragon unleashed a blinding attack that blinded the crowd. The professor seeing the attack was scared for the first time in his life, but it was too late.

I activated part of my Pharaonic powers for the professor to feel the pain.

When the crowd found the crowd, they saw Genesis have won, but the teacher was no longer on the arena.

"Where is he?" The crowd looked for him, finally, they saw him. Everyone felt a shiver in their spine when they saw Professor Frank.

The teacher was ejected from the arena and in his fall he had an arm in a strange angle and his eyes were white. His body convulsed a few more times.

I ignored the crowd and I went backstage, while the crowd booed my name and shouted at me to leave.


[POV Narrator]

When Genesis disappeared from the sight of the crowd, the MC was struggling to say something and Genesis' friends were looking at him with surprise because he was always sweet. They did not understand where the reason for this act came from.

Sayer, the leader of the Arcadia movement, had a look watching Genesis. "He has interesting powers."

The tang of blood filled his mouth as he grit his teeth together, cursing the fact that he had initially bit down on his tongue when he was shot. His grip on the young boy was probably going to leave some bruises too, but at least he hadn't dropped him as the bullet tore through his right leg.

He didn't dare look down, knowing he'd see blood coating his right leg and leaving a trail behind him as he limped towards the door. This kid, Sean, needed to be brought to safety, and seeing as he was the only available option, collapsing and curling up in a ball wasn't a choice. Danny blinked rapidly as tears blurred his vision, but continued to drag his feet forward one step at a time.

The Joker's laugh echoed around him, matching the ebb and flow that was beginning to overtake his vision. Reality was toying with him by moving the exit closer before yanking it miles away again, across a swaying sea of concrete floor.

Just a bit further, a little bit longer, a small voice encouraged. You can save him!

Danny looked out of the corner of his eye to where he thought the speaker would be standing and almost tripped out of shock. "Melody?" A part of him knew logically it couldn't be Ivy's wisher, she was dead dead dead and yet he swore by any and all gods that the ebony-haired girl was there in the warehouse with him.

Whatever further he wanted to say didn't matter: her image abruptly vanished as his current step sent him staggering into the brighter outside world. They were out.

Exhaustion settled over his shoulders as he conceded to himself that being out didn't mean Sean was safe yet. He started to trudge forward again, slowly scraping a path among the dirt and scarce grass that made up the empty lot surrounding the warehouse. None of it seemed familiar in his weariness, but maybe it explained why the Sirens hadn't come calling so quickly this time.

It was hard to tell how far he had made it before his legs gave out from under him and sent him and the little boy tumbling to the ground. He heard an anguished cry come from somewhere nearby, but it took him several heartbeats to realize the sound came from him. The pain in his leg had increased, probably due to him landing on a rock. He still tried to drag himself towards Sean's unconscious form, but he was too weak at this point. The ragged breaths he was taking alone left him tired.

He might've blacked out for a few seconds – or a few minutes, he didn't know anymore – but his eyes fluttered open as he felt himself being turned over. A blurry green and blue form appeared to be standing over him, and something was glinting metallically just out of sight.

"Is-" gasp- "Sean'kay?" He desperately asked, reaching out blindly and clenching the draped fabric his fingers brushed against.

"The child is fine, Johnson," a deep voice said. "Rest now."

With a relieved sigh, Danny didn't fight the darkness that enveloped him.

Wonder Woman caught his head as it dropped limply, keeping him from hitting it against the rocky surface beneath him. "He is very brave." She glanced up towards Selina, who nodded in agreement at the Amazon's words even though her eyes were trained on the enraged figures of the other Sirens as they yelled at Batman.

"-and you ain't the boss of me, Batsy!" Harley was shouting, pushing her index finger challengingly against Batman's chest. "I got more right than the rest've yah to beat the puddin' outta that clown!"

"And I told you, the Joker already left," he growled back. "You're more than welcome to leave your friend and chase after him."

"Danny wouldn't mind," Ivy hissed. "Come on, Harls."

As the pair stalked off to form their own little huddle, Selina turned her gaze back on Danny and crouched next to him. "Did Joker do anything other than shoot him?"

"It does not appear so." Martian Manhunter rumbled.

Wonder Woman's eyes narrowed in thought as she evaluated Danny's bloodied leg. "He has lost a lot of blood…" Setting his head on the ground, she was then free to reach out and rip the thigh of his pants apart, exposing the through and through wound. "That would explain it," she muttered grimly. "We should transport him to a hospital."

"No," the three glanced at Batman as he walked over to them. "We'll teleport him to the Watchtower. You and Manhunter get the kid to a hospital," he nodded at Wonder Woman.

Neither Leaguer argued, and after Wonder Woman had passed Danny's limp body to Batman, Manhunter telekinetically lifted Sean and the two heroes took off flying back into the city with the child.

" – and why exactly are they here again?"

Snort. "You try telling them no."

Danny hadn't opened his eyes yet and it was already too bright. He tried to pinch them shut tighter and ignore the hushed voices in the room, but a chuckle from one of the speakers let him know he was found out. With a sigh and a groan, Danny cracked one eye open. "Can't a guy get some beauty rest around here?"

"Not when you interrupt my supposed-to-be-boring night by getting kidnapped and shot," Jason retorted from where he was lounging against the doorframe.

Danny shrugged, but the movement made him jostle his right leg slightly and send an ache throughout it. In an attempt to distract himself from the pain, he finally looked around at the room he was in.

To his left was a glass window that opened up to a gray hallway (not much to be learned from there), and the door was next to it. Jason stood on the opposite side of the room from his bed, and a red haired man in a hoodie sat in a chair beside the vigilante. Around his bed were four more chairs: one was empty, but the three Sirens were fast asleep in the others. To his amusement, Selina's legs were stretched out so her feet could rest on Harley's lap, and Ivy's head was tipped over the back of her seat with her face tilted towards the ceiling. (Lord knows how she managed to sleep in such an uncomfortable position.)

"Batgirl hacked the system to let Ivy and Harley in here, and Selina came with you," the red-headed man snickered. "Set off quite a few alarms."

"What, because the hospital didn't expect them?"

Danny did not like the conspiratory glance his two visitors shared. "That's a good way to put it, Johnson," Jason smirked. Now he knew something was definitely up, but seeing as he felt too tired to deal with it, he put any suspicions on the back burner for later.

"How long have I been here?" He decided on asking. The IV pricking at his hand kept him from gesturing around them. "And who are you again?"

Jason gasped dramatically, clutching his chest. "Have you really forgotten about me and our wonderful friendship? Oh, the cruelty of it al-"

Danny rolled his eyes while the other man jabbed Jason in the side. "I'd say 'A for effort,' but that was only worthy of a C+ at best." He turned back to face Danny and gave him a casual salute with two fingers. "I'm Roy, aka the best assassin for hire in all of Gotham –" he studiously ignored Jason's annoyed muttering at that statement "– and you've been out for about 13 hours. Of course, during that time the Sirens managed to round up quite the assembly of criminally-inclined and leave a very beaten Joker zip-tied to the Arkham gates. Hilarious, really. It's trending right now." Roy pulled his phone out of his hoodie pocket and shook it gleefully.

Danny lay in stunned silence for a moment. They did all that for him?

"You're trending too, by the way," Jason added. Danny knew that Jason was just bringing this up to mess with him, and to his chagrin it was working. "'Hero citizen saves child from Joker,' all that jazz. Starting to call you a 'villain wrangler.' And your name's a hashtag now."

"Great. Thanks, Jason," he sarcastically drawled, sinking deeper into his pillow. Lovely. Now he was an internet celebrity. Hopefully he'd be quickly forgotten after his five seconds of fame.

"Hey, I could always raise my voice just enough to wake up the Sirens…"

Danny laughed finally at the blatant threat. "If you want to be on the receiving end of some very cranky and exhausted women, be my guest!"

"He'd still be better off than you: at least we're not the ones about to get told off by the big shots," Roy grinned, nodding his head toward the window. It took a minute for them to walk into Danny's line of sight, but Roy was right. The three founding members of the Justice League seem to have found out he was awake (goddamn heart monitor) and were paying him a visit.

This was something he did not want to deal with alone. "Ivy, Harley mixed hair dye into your natuRAL SHAMPOO AGAIN!"

(While very effective at waking up the Sirens, perhaps not the best method while in a cramped hospital room, unless one does not include the heart monitor that was collateral damage.)

Hopefully you'll appreciate this cliffhanger over the last one! (This isn't the end of the story don't worry). I think there will be one more chapter to wrap this up before Danny starts taking on new villains. Thanks for sticking around so long! Hope you enjoyed this one.

The friend zone. it is the most powerful zone in the universe. Many spend years living in the friend zone while in most cases some spend half their life stuck in there. That zone is the one thing I fear the most. But that fear was not the reason I lied and told Xie Yujia that I love her. I do like her but I'm still far off from loving her. I lied to her so it can benefit both of us. 


The problem I am that I lack time. My Dragon Pride will return one day, and when it does my clan will eventually get news of it. The thing that sucks is they won't politely ask how got my Pride back. Their personality won't allow them to ask a disgrace of the clan. So their next option is to kidnap and torture the information out of me. But even if they did all that I still have no F*cking idea how my Pride is returning. What I need the most is strength and someone I can trust.



The more your dual partner trusts you the better you fight.

Xie Yujia, on the other hand, might be suffering from a trauma of trusting people. I don't blame her, who knows how many enemies her mother made on her killing spree. That lack of trust can make her hesitate at a crucial moment which can end her life. I could gain her trust in a year or so but that's just me guessing the estimated time. I need her to open up to me in less than five months. Any longer then I will have to leave Dongmeng Empire and become a hermit. 


Let hope it doesn't come to that and pray that I am the kind of antagonist that gets at least one love interest.




[ Xie Yujia, we are targeting the bear magical beast. ]  I said telepathically to Xie Yujia 





[ OK, but their name's are actually called Razor Claw Bear . ]

when she finished telepathically talking to me, she jumps off my back and landed onto the ground several meters away from razor claw bear.


In the palm of Xie Yujia hand appeared a sphere made out of air. It was the size of her breast, and it was then sent to the direction of the razor claw bear.



Before her target could react, A ball of air exploded with enough force to send the razor claw bear flying through and destroying five trees. 


One of Xie Yujia tail started to glowing light green. Green vines then sprouted from the ground to entangled The razor claw bears', restricting their movements.




She sticks out her index finger while quickly moving her hand in the air in different motions. With each move she makes she creates wind slashes in the air that leaves bloody open wounds on her opponent. The razor claw bear can do nothing but watch as they receive her relentless attack from the innocent looking girl with a serious expression on her face.




Since the razor claw bears can no longer move and are occupied with Xie Yujia. I attack by unleashing blue flame from my mouth. the razor claw bears began to panic and became terrified seeing the blue flame heading towards them so they began to struggle to try a free themselves from Xie Yujia binding. The blue flames surround and engulf razor claw bears. but then razor claw bears' realize that the blue flames are not burning their body's nor does it possess any heat. In fact, if they weren't paying attention they wouldn't of notice that the blue flames were there.




Seeing that blue flames don't harm them they resume the attempt to break free from the vines. Before long the razor claw bears' began to stagger then their bodies turn limp. All the razor claw bears' remain motionless while still breathing.



 '' So you were speaking the Truth. " said Xie Yujia as she curiously kept Staring at the razor claw bears being entangled by the green vines.



 '' Yes, my Blue Sun flames burn only souls nothing else.The body cannot move without the soul. "

Since the Razor claw bears were in the QI stages their souls were weak and had little defense. If they were in the foundation realm then I might have had to keep the flames burning for a longer period of time.





I finish off the razor claw bears and put their body's in the spatial ring.

 '' Yeah let try something a little bit more challenging. " Xie Yujia says with a confident attitude.



She jumps to my back then I took off to search for more entertaining prey.

If you want to take revenge on someone from the Sly Kitsune Clan then there are rules you must obey. If your not genius cultivators or dont have an OP bloodline, then you might want to ask nine more people to help you with your revenge.





The Nine Kitsune Paths refers to using the nine individual powers within their tails. Each tail holds the exact same power the Kitsune possess, making 1 VS 10 fights seem like a 1 VS 1. The next bonus is that each tail can help them use spells and have there own spiritual energy meaning that they have to worry about exhausting out themselves before enemies do especially for the 1 VS 10 fights. 





In Xie Yujia case thanks to the Nine Kitsune Paths and her explosive power, she could handle three to four early foundation stage cultivators.

Xie Yujia just dodged the incoming charge of a rhino-like beast. There are five rhinos magical beast in foundation late stage. Even if Xie Yujia goes all out she won't able to scratch her opponent thick skin, but that doesn't stop her from attacking. Her nine tails started glowing and then ten balls made out of air shoots toward a rhino beast that was charging to her. As it struck the rhino beast, a wide explosion occurred causing nearby trees to bend or fall. But her attack was only able to slightly push back her opponent before it resumes charging.





One of the magical rhino beasts that had a horn larger than the rest made a dash at Xie Yujia blind spot. The rhino quickens his pace knowing that the girl hadn't detected him. But before he could reach within a meter of her a Cluster of Galaxies appeared to block his path. The Clusters of Galaxies was like several Milky Ways galaxies making up a strong sturdy wall shielding Xie Yujia. No matter how much strength the Large horn rhino used the wall doesn't seem to budge.



 The large horn rhino beast eyes became red with rage, every time he tries to sneak attack Xie Yujia this Cluster of Galaxies appear out nowhere to block him and that's not even the worse part.





The large horn rhino beast horn started glowing which give it a boost in strength. He repeatedly rams the Cluster of Galaxies in an attempt to break through, soon a crack appears which spreads across the Cluster of Galaxies. It then shatters and disappears. The large horn rhino beast wanted to continue his charge at Xie Yujia but was stopped by a blue Celestial Dragon that jumped out from the ground. The blue Dragon use its body to tightly wrap around large horn rhino beast constricting its movement. The blue Dragon then breathed out the Blue Sun Flames point blank at the large horn rhino beast. The Blue Sun Flames began slow burn Large horn rhino soul. It tried to free itself but the blue Dragon doesn't lose its grip, lucky for Large horn rhino beast another rhino beast charged towards the Dragon, but before it could the reach, the Dragon dive back into the ground.




The large horn rhino beast felt mentally exhausted, it was not only because of Blue Sun Flames but the blue Dragon itself. Whenever he successfully destroyed the Clusters of galaxies the blue Dragon jumps out from the ground constrict the Large horn rhino movement's then send blue Flames at him and when its partner wants to help him the Dragon would just retreat into the ground. The Blue Flames were not a problem at first but after repeating the process a few times the large horn rhino beast started feeling likes he losing something important. He once ordered all rhinos beast to try an escape but they just can't seem outrun the Blue Dragon.

Jing Huan was moving through the ground like how he would move when he is the sky. He follows underneath the footsteps of Xie Yujia, going wherever she goes to protect her at a moment notice.

 who keeps dashing around the rhino beasts has a ball of air tens times bigger than the one she used before. She then dashes at large horn rhino beast. Her opponent accepted the challenge by charging towards her with its horn glowing. A cluster of galaxies suddenly appeared trying to stop Large horn rhino beast. Knowing what would happen if it breaks the Clusters of galaxies its chooses slowdown and change direction.


Large horn wasn't smart enough to realize that the dragon only appears when the girl is in danger not when he destroys the cluster of galaxies.





Xie Yujia then took the opportunity to jump over her opponent and send the ball of air crashing down on large horn rhino beast. 



The large horn rhino beast was forced three meters into the ground but it was unharmed. The large horn rhino beast wanted to climb out of the hole but....

He caught unprepared by the Blue Dragon that unleashes blue Flames upon him. Because climbing out of the hole would take time he was forced to bathe in the Blue Flames. 




A short while after he staggered and fell to the ground. Jing Huan seeing that the large horn rhino had body had no soul then flew out of the crater and into the air.

Suddenly a cluster of galaxies made a dome trapping all the rhino beasts' within. Even when their horns were glowing and they ram it multiple times they were not strong enough destroy it like large horn rhino beast. 




In Jing Huan claw's their a mini yellow sun as the size his head in is normal form, he throws it in the center of the dome. The mini yellow sun turns red and slowly expands. The more it grows the hotter it becomes. It easily burns the thick skin of the helpless rhino beasts'. As red sun kept growing it soon expanded to the size of the dome and continues to burn rhino beasts'


A half minute later nothing remains except the Horns of rhino beasts' which Jing Huan allowed to not be burnt by controlling the mini sun.


 " That's more than the average  Protection type while giving out supporting damage fighting style. " Said Xie Yujia in a joking way.





'' Let just say the creator of this cultivation technique was a little overprotective, and keep in mind this not even half of what it could do. " Said Jing Huan while he retrieves the rhino beasts horn even the large one in the crater.
