   Andromeda wanted to clear everything. From Moira's real identity to Kathleen's real identity. But how? This dinner is supposed to be a great one, but it seemed that it's getting more and more awkward. She's pissed at Kathleen and she wanted to catch to tell everyone in their family about her secret businesses. 
   But it will surely stain their family name. What is she going to do first? She gripped on her knife first and then she composed herself. 
"James is, of course, the successor for the company," Alex explained. "And each of you is free to do whatever career you wanted. If you want to work in the company or want to be a successor, feel free to compete with James." 
   The boys' hands up and Selina shook her head, while Kathleen was interested to do so. Andy rolled her eyes and sipped on her wine. Then she looked at James across her who only shrugged.
"I just recently heard about this syndicate that kidnapped children and sell their organs." She said and watched Kathleen's shoulder stiffened. "We are still trying to figure out the people behind it… the investigation team is on-going. We are thinking that it was Chinese syndicate but then, we found other leads." 
   Fox watched as Kathleen shakily reached her purse, but she withdrew her hand and calmed herself, so she won't get caught. But Fox already knew what to do. He pulled out his phone and texted someone. Then he looked at Andel and Andel received his message. 
   Andel left without saying anything while everyone is drowned on the topic and even complain about how scary it was. The twins said that they can't be separated from each other. They will surely fight those bastards. 
"I will bring my swiss knife and cut their throat one by one. Including the main artery of their heart." Stanley said. 
"That's good, then I assigned myself open up their heads and feed it their brains to the zombies," Steven added. 
   Selina rolled her eyes with exhaled. 
"Oh, come on, you idiots we are eating. And there's no such thing as a zombie." Selina interjected. 
"What would it taste?" Stanley asked again to his twin brother. 
"Try taking my brain then," Steven added. 
   The maid came and whispered something to Kathleen. She stood and followed the maid. Fox glanced at the purse for a while and Andel told the maids to clean up the plates and since he already told one to take Kathleen's purse, he was swift as he took the purse from the maid and he went to the audio room and pulled out the phone and connect it to the clone of Kathleen's phone. 
   Hacking the password is so easy. It takes two minutes to clone it. So, he kept it and then he got out and gave the purse back to the maid as they serve the food, she put it back from where it was and place the dish in a palatable way. 
   Andel peeked as she reached her phone and checked if there are any messages. The cloned phone on his pocket vibrates and there's an upcoming call. So he watched as Kathleen excused herself to answer the call and Andel pulled out the phone and set the recording on. 
   Alex was observing their team and Andy saw how their grandpa observed while the twins and Selina are arguing over something. James is laughing and joined the conversation, even Zachary is following their jokes. He's laughing with them and Kathleen came back didn't realize that there's a happy dinner and their grandfather is laughing. 
   Andy thought, if Moira is here, he would be happier.

   Moira watched as snow rain in the beautiful garden. The bushes are covered with white snow including the pine trees. She hugged herself. It's cold and she's been here for weeks. She doesn't remember when it started but it seemed like Alanis don't have time for her. He was screaming at his people, threatening them on who leaks their files to their enemy. It seemed to be a big war and they have a spy here. 
   The door opens and Alanis came in. It's obvious that he's so angry and when he saw her, he would conceal it and smile at her. And he did. She rolled her eyes and shook her head. 
"I know you are angry, you don't need to conceal it." 
   Alanis strode toward her and hugged her from behind. She hugged hold his arms around her chest to comfort him. He kissed her neck. 
"I'm so sorry, my Queen, I am not able to accompany you." 
"I know. It's fine. Just make love to me tonight." 
"I will." He kissed her forehead. "You smell good." She faced him and hugged him tightly. He carried her to their four-poster King Bed. 
"I'll set the chimney and take a shower." 
"I'll set it while you take a shower." She sat up and helped him with his clothes.
   All the stress and his strong emotions become soft. It's all because of her. She's his stress reliever. He kept kissing her and kissing her, but she pushed him and told him to take a shower. 
   She went close to the chimney and reached the mat and the logs. It didn't take time for her to settle it. So, after that, she settled a blanket and pillows on the floor covered in the mat. She took the pillows from the love seat and then went to bed to take other pillows. 
   Then she went to the walk-in closet and took a few more duvet and place it carefully on the floor mat. Wine, she needed wine and food. So, she put her slippers on and went downstairs. She went to the mini-bar and choose a bottle of champagne and two glasses then the maid came with a tray of fruits that she requested a while ago. 
   The maid followed her to their room and settled it on the side table. She thanked her and the maid left and closed the door. She removed her slippers as she strode in the middle. The bathroom door open and he stood there wearing a robe. 
   She seductively removed her robe dress and show him her naked body. She tossed it on the loveseat. 
   His eyes were passionate about her. He couldn't imagine how beautiful she was in the dark where only the light from the fireplace is giving light to her whole body. He removed his robe and strode to her. He caressed her face down to her body. 
"You are my Dragon." He reached her chin and kissed her lips. 
"I am." 
   He lay her down and make love to her slowly and gently until it became wild. Their lovemaking ended in cuddling and drinking wine and eating fruits. He loved seeing the ring on her finger and it seemed that she's becoming more comfortable wearing it. 
"So, I settled my private jet for you." 
"Okay." She caressed his few hairs on his chest. It was sexy and she loved it. "How's the company problem?" She asked. 
"It's doing great." He told. "I can handle it. I promise you that we will have a satisfying holiday." 
"It's not about the holiday I am worried about." She said. "I am worried about your health. What if I will be away then you'll starve yourself and forget to brush your teeth…" 
   He laughed and pinched her nose. 
"You are worried about my teeth?" 
"Yeah." She giggled and she sat up and straddle on him.
"I am worried about your health. I will check on you every time. You need to trim these abdominal and make sure that your body is looking best." 
"Yes, your majesty." He said sexily and watched his Queen's perfect body.  


“What now? We didn’t make love on our wedding night. Now you are teasing me.” Zach said frustratedly. Andy peeked on the window and Allona wasn’t there anymore. She turned back from him and reached her phone but Zach grabbed her arm and make her face him. “Andy, are you pushing me to use that freedom card?”

                Andromeda faced him.

“I am not pushing you to use that. I don’t want to make love to you because you don’t love me. You can fuck anyone but not that bitch last night.” She grabbed his shirt. “I am warning you. You can fuck any woman but not her. You are mine now and no one can ever have you.” She said dangerously.

Shawn cook for cyran and cyran prepare the table and had their dinner together after they finished they get to the bed to sleep, shawn was hugging cyran while laying in bed and kissing cyran forehead....

Cyran go to rooftop to get some air....

Shawn saw that mikael was missing, it means he goes out, shawn head to the rooftop and when he gets there he saw Mikael hugging cyran....

The Kindness Association is the short form of the 'Animal Kindness Druid Association' and in a large number of countries, it's treated the same as the Celestial Tower, an unwelcomed organization filled with lunatics.
Just as mentioned before, Druids are born connected to the word 'terrorist'. The Kindness Association stands out even among its brethren. Their motto is even more extreme than the Wild Bull Alliance's 'Reject clothes and return back to our origins'. What they hope to achieve is that 'All animals should be granted the equal privilege as intelligent lifeforms'.
It sounds great but if you were to think deeper into it, if the chickens and ducks that you consume have equal privileges as you, then in the eyes of the Kindness Association, wouldn't eating meat make you a murderer? Alright, towards 'murderers', the Kindness Association will show you clearly what the wrath of nature is.
No doubt, this is too extreme for others to accept. Can you imagine a certain peasant being dealt a harsh punishment by the Kindness Association for eating meat and drinking beer in public? After some of their members injured civilians in public locations, they got into deep trouble and the Kindness Association became generally rejected by the public.
Of course, such extremists only number a few even within the Kindness Association. A large portion of the members of the Kindness Association is still able to tolerate others ingesting meat for due survival. However, they are unable to accept it when others hunt beyond what they require for subsistence.
Thus, the Kindness Association sees the HHA as their sworn enemy. As an organization formed by a group of people who hunts as an interest, a large portion of their members are outstanding hunters. They view hunting down strong or rare animals as the goal of their life. Due to the clash in their ideals, they became mortal enemies.
At this point, I'm totally shocked.
As a Hunter, it's already surprising for Beifeng to not join the HHA. To think that he would even join the Kindness Association which is mainly comprised of Druids. What does he really intend to do? He even influenced Casio, who is a sniper, to join the Kindness Association along with him. This is really incredulous.
Alright, end of the recollection. Since our goals align with one another, we naturally banded together.
After reaching our destination, Beifeng is surprised to find that his mortal enemy caught and is in the royal family prison. What is even more unexpected is him taking the initiative to try to save him.

Indeed, Siren Tracy has the right to say such words. Sirens are a symbol of beauty in legends. The stories of Sirens and sailors are classics that survived the trial of time, often by word of mouth in bars. The woman in front of me, Tracy, is tall and elegant. There is a certain charm and attractiveness to her beautifully shaped face. Her green scales and dull-yellow iris don't destroy the balance of her face by any means. Her weird and shaky voice somehow carries a seductive tone to it. Sirens are born attractive. Their voices can confuse the ships sailing in the ocean and cajole young sailors to jump into the sea. It is no surprise that she would become one of the pillars propping up the circus.
Judging from Casio's expression as he sneaked peeks towards her occasionally, the cold beauty is indeed full of charms. Besides, this young Centaur has yet to walk too far on the road of life.
"Lowens mentioned me? What did he say?"

Initially, I thought that I only had to spend a bit of money to help the Fire Dragon Circus out of its precarious situation. However, I didn't expect that the Siren would have a different thought process than that of humans. She doesn't care about this circus at all, she is only staying here due to her promise to the previous previous previous circus master, as well as to assume a convenient identity for her to live in the human world.
Different from the Mermaids who have a good reputation, Sirens are known to be fickle-minded and deceitful. The reason why she rejected the poaching of the other circuses without any hesitation is because the benefits those humans offered her doesn't mean anything in her eyes and that she finds moving a chore. Right now, since someone has a favor to request of her, it is basically impossible to get her to work without paying a price.

"The person to save is Lowens right? Who is the one you want me to get rid of?"

Count Carlock? This name sounds a little familiar. At the same time, Tracy whispers into my ear.
"He is the man that I want to get rid of. He keeps harassing me, not to mention how hateful he is. As long as you save Lowens and stop that guy from harassing me, the Blessing of the Sea God would be just a minor issue."
I hesitate slightly. Since we would be breaking into the jail, saving Lowens would be convenient, so it isn't anything much. However, it is obviously not wise to offend a Count in the capital of the Auland Empire. Her demands are really not very high. But, as the inheritor of the family of a Legend Holy Knight, isn't there something wrong with the situation?
Indeed, I can introduce a Mage to her. The Incantationers from the Church that followed Krose are Gold-rank Mages and they would definitely satisfy her request. In case you all are wondering who Kathleen and Kane is, Kane is the ghost Knight who wields Pale Justice. He is the one who Roland searched for when he wanted to find a sword, the one who chose to save a village from a magic beast instead of protecting a fort (as commanded by his superior) and lost his honor as a result for going against his orders.
Kathleen, as mentioned, is his granddaughter.

Magpapaliwanag pa sana si William, subalit  ibinaba na ni Kathleen ang telepono, halata siyang galit kay dito.

"Ano, William, sabi ko na sa iyo tiyak na magagalit si Kathleen eh. Sino namang hindi magagalit eh pinaghintay mo siya ng matagal sa tagpuan ninyo at tapos hindi ka sumipot. Kahit ako ang lumagay sa katayuan niya ay ganoon din ang magiging reaction ko," ang nangingiting sabi ni Henry.

Sa pag-uwi ni William sa bahay

"William, tawag ng tawag si Kathleen at itinatanong kung saan ka naroroon? Sabi ko na lang wala kang nabanggit sa akin," ang sabi ng ina nito.

Hindi na kumibo si William at nagtuloy na ito sa kanyang kuwarto. Paghiga niya ay ipinikit ang mga mata at kahit nakapikit ang kanyang mga mata ay parang buhay na larawan ni Helena ang kanyang nakikita.

"Ano itong aking nararamdaman kay Helena? Naaawa lang ba ako sa kanya sa kalagayan  niya ngayon o may iba itong kahulugan sa puso niya, sa damdamin niya?" ang nagiging palaisipan kay William na madalas niyang sabihin sa kanyang sarili.

At sa paglalakbay ng diwa ni William ay tuluyan na itong nakatulog at nanaginip siya. Napanaginipan niya si Helena na nagsasayaw na parang isang prinsesa,

"William, halika ka, magsayaw tayo."

"Okay"

"William, how much do you love me?" tanong ni Helena habang magkayakap silang nagsasayaw sa saliw ng isang magandang tugtugin.

"Helena, I love you not because you are you, but because you saved my life. I'm not sure if you know this, but when I first met you, I got so nervous. I couldn't speak at that very moment. I found the one and my life had found its missing piece. And from now 'till my very last breath, this day I'll cherish you. Helena, you look so beautiful in white. Tinawagan niya si Henry sa cell phone.

"Henry, sabay na tayo sa pagpasok, magkita tayo sa kanto."

"Okay"

"William, maaga kang umuwi at sabi ni Kathleen ay pupunta daw siya dito sa bahay mamaya."

Sa ibinilin ng kanyang ina ay parang nawalan ng gana si William. Hindi niya alam kung bakit.

Pagkatapos ng klase at pauwi na si William ng tawagan siya ng hepe ng pulisya at pinapupunta sila ni Henry doon.

"Henry, nasaan ka? Pumunta daw tayo sa police station ngayon."

"Okay, magkita na lang tayo doon."

Sa police station

"William, may mga dinampot kaming mga suspects, tingnan ninyo kung makikilala ninyo silaq."

"Sige po"

"PO1 Jack, papilahin sila sideways."

"Yes, boss"

"Ayan William, tingnan ninyong mabuti kung mayroon kayong natatandaan sa kanila."

Matagal ding pinagmasdan ng dalawa ang mga nakahilerang mga suspects, subali't wala silang makilala sa kanila.

"Sige, William, Henry, puwede na kayong umuwi. Salamat sa inyo at sa inyong kooporast," ang bigong sinabi ng hepe ng pulisya. "At sana huwag kayong madadala."

Pag-uwi ni William sa kanila

"William,matagal na naghintay si Kathleen at ng mainip ay umuwi na," sabi ng ina niya.

"Nagpunta po kami sa presinto, mommy, at may mga itinanong tungkol sa ginagawa nilang imbestigasyon.

"Hindi pa ba nahuhuli ang mga taong iyon?"

"Hindi pa po mommy."

"Kumusta naman iyong biktima?"

Dahil sa hindi na naman nagkita ang dalawa ay tiyak na kung ano ano na naman ang sasabihin ni Kathleen.

Sa school kinabukasan ay nagkita ang dalawa at nag-usap.

"William tapatin mo nga ako, iniiwasan mo na ba ako dahil may iba ka ng babaing kinalolokohan?" and medyo pagalit na pagtatanong ni Kathleen.

"Hindi sa ganoon Kathleen, hindi ba sinabi ko sa iyo noon na tumutulong ako sa imbistigasyon sa kaso ng taong dinala namin sa ospital," ang paliwanag ni William.

"Kahit na, sa pakiramdam ko ay binabale wala mo na ako."

"Kathleen, hindi kita maintindihan, lagi ka na lang galit sa akin. Sa kaunti kong pagkukulang ay inaaway mo ako. Samantalang kapag ikaw ang nagkukulang ay lagi kitang naiintindihan, Bakit?"

Humanga si William sa kagandahan ni Helena at hindi niya napigil ang puso niya na umibig dito kahit hindi puwede. Dahil si William ay may kasintahan na, si Kathleen. Anupa't umikot ang storya ng hiwaga ng kanilang pag-ibig sa kuwentong ito. Kung papaano, ito ang matutunghayan ninyo sa nobelang ito, BEAUTIFUL IN WHITE.

When Count Vladimir announced her name, Princess Kathleen felt that her world crumbled to pieces. Her mind that keep on replaying the time when she met Prince Kael in the garden and their midnight talk for the whole week, and now she finally realize that she has fall in love with the mysterious prince.

But it's too late for her now, she will soon marry the devil, she didn't even get the chance to tell him about her feelings. Kathleen wanted to cry for her fate, but she know very well that it won't change anything, it has been decided. Her love story has ended before it even get a chance to bloom.

Kathleen take a deep sigh, calming herself and trying to be brave for the people she love and for the kingdom. She look around to see everyone's faces, some if them look shocked, some were sad, her family especially her grandmother has started to cry again. Her sisters were embracing her tightly as if they don't want to let her go. 

The king and queen were look pale, they couldn't even uttered a word. King Lionel was still in shocked, he couldn't find a word for his daughter Princess Kathleen. He knew that one of his daughters will be chosen but it still surprised him. His daughter Kathleen is the prettiest amongst the princesses, as well as well verse in knowledge and etiquette. He wanted to let Kathleen marry to a crown prince of a strong kingdom, and that will be Prince Henry as he has made a verbal promise to the young prince. But now, King Lionel was speechless with the situation.

"Count Vladimir, please reconsider the choice, my daughter Kathleen is now engaged with another prince, it would be rude for me to take back my words" begging the king to the vampire Count.

"oh my, don't you think you will be rude to my young master by taking back your words from our agreement, King Lionel?" the Count answered with a question.

"I'm very sorry, but a verbal words were made a fews days ago, and only today your side decided to make my daughter Kathleen's as thr bride" said King Lionel.

"I guess that the verbal agreement between you and the other prince were made after the banquet celebration since that is the only time the prince and princess can see eye to eye, did I guess it right?" the Count asked again.

"That is correct Count Vladimir. Which mean Princess Kathleen is no more eligible to be the bride's candidate the next day after the celebration" said the king. King Lionel hopes that the bride can be change for he couldn't afford to offend such a strong kingdom as the Volkenshire Kingdom. Though sending off one of his daughter for the devil sadden him, he don't want to add more trouble by offending Prince Henry.

"I'm afraid I can't help you with your problem, your majesty. You see, my master has made his choice on the day of the banquet, and your lovely daughter has accepted it" the Count said it while turning his malice gaze to Princess Kathleen.

"I didn't remember receiving any proposal, far from accepting anything from the devil" said Kathleen confused.

"Allow me to enlighten you, princess. Do still remember the black rose in your bedroom? That was the Devil's mark" smiling slyly, the Count look straight to her eyes. 
"The bride has been decided way earlier than any proposal from another prince" added the Count.

King Lionel lose his words. Princess Kathleen couldn't believe her ears. All this time, she thought the mysterious black roses were from Prince Kael because the first black rose she received was on the night of when Prince Kael visit her. Thinking that it was a special gift from the prince, Kathleen was blooming with happiness for the whole week that she looks forward to receive a rose every night. 

But when she think about it, she didn't see the prince left the roses personally, and she didn't even see Prince Kael after that one night. Kathleen scolded herself for being so stupid by growing her foolish hope of love for the prince.

"Now, enough with the talk and tears, we don't want to let my master wait any longer. Shall we, princess?" said Count Vladimir raising his hand inviting the young princess to escort her out of the palace.

Devastated, Princess Kathleen raise her hand and hold on to the Count's. His presence was intimidating that she was sweated cold sweats. Count Vladimir lead her to the main door of the palace.

Her family and all the people in the palace send her with tears and wish for her safety. Kathleen walks with heavy heart, she was never ready to let go her life, but this has to be done. She smile sadly and wave everyone goodbye. Kathleen bowed respectfully to her parents and grandmother, and then to her sister.

Count Vladimir on the other hand, rolled his eyes to the scene surrounded them. "It seems like they were sending you out as if you were dying, princess". Kathleen could not rebuts to his remarks. Her feelings right now really as if she was dying.

She took a small steps in a slow pace hoping to drag more time but the man who was escorting her keep his steady pace that forcing her to fastens her pace. The double main door look closer in every steps.

'Once I step inside the carriage, it will be the end of me' she said to herself. Her beautiful wedding gown and the diamond tiara on top of her hair couldn't give any help in making her feel better. Instead, she feel miserable and sad to her own life.

"Don't make yourself cry Princess Kathleen, or your will scare away your future husband" snickered Count Vladimir right when she lift her left leg to step inside the carriage. She rolled her eyes when she hears his words.

"I wonder if there is anything in this world that can make the devil scare, I would love to try" she replied, trying to be brave. Moreover, what else can she lose now? her whole life will soon be in the devil's hand. 

Count Vladimir chuckled to her replied. 
"You are one very interesting daredevil person, princess" he said while stepping inside the carriage and closed the door.

"I don't know whether to be flattered or offended" said Kathleen to the Count's words.

"Let's just go with flattered" he said while giving off his signature smile.

They stop talking when the carriage started to move. Kathleen couldn't see clearly outside for the carriage glass windows were in dark shade, but she still wave her hand to her family hoping that they could see her.

The carriage was large in full black color, pulled by two huge strong werewolves. Another two were guarding from each side of the carriage, while another two behind. Even if Kathleen want try to escape, she will be caught  back in a second.

They drove passed the town and straight to the Dark Forest. Once they entered the forest, a group of 6 werewolves joined the procession with a loud howls, as if informing the whole forest about their arrival.

"Scare?" asked the Count who had been sitting silently in front of her.

Nodding her head, she asked "why did another group came and why did they howls nonstop like that?"

"Of course it is because they were celebrating this happy occasion, it will be very rude of us if we didn't welcome you properly, your highness" 

"They didn't sound happy to me"

"What, do you prefer trumpets and drums instead?"

"No"

"Get used to it, princess"

She looked outside and she saw the Black Castle standing tall not far from where they were right now. 'My life will be over soon' she said inside.

Hundreds of red eyes can be seen outside, in the darkness of the forest and it scares her, she close the curtain and fixed her eyes to her fingers, counting for how much longer she will be alive in this world.

Remembering to what had been discussed by her father and the ministers, that the bride can only give birth to one child only, she hope that she can beg the devil to let her go once she successfully give the devil a child.

Bracing herself, she inhale a deep breath and let go when the carriage stop moving. Count Vladimir help her out of the carriage carefully, not to trip on her dress.

The Count bowed and followed by a group of people who had lined up in two line, making a way on the red carpet to the main entrance of the palace, when he said,
"Welcome to the Black Palace, Princess Kathleen"

"Ano itong aking nararamdaman kay Helena? Naaawa lang ba ako sa kanya dahil sa kalagayan niya ngayon o may iba itong kahulugan sa puso niya? sa damdamin niya?" ang naitanong ni William sa kanyang sarili.
At sa paglalakbay ng diwa ni William ay tuluyan na itong nakatulog hanggang sa siya'y managinip. Nanaginip siya na nakita niya si Helena na nagsasayaw na parang isang prinsesa at siya ay tinawag.
"William, halika at magsayaw tayo."
"Okay"
"William, how much do you love me?" tanong ni Helena kay William habang sila ay nagsasayaw sa saliw ng isang malambing na awitin.
"Helena, I love you not because you are you, but because you saved my life. I'm not sure if you knew this, but when I first met you, I got so nervous. I couldn't speak at that moment. "Hoy! William, gising, nananaginip ka at umuungol", ang sabi ng ina ni William.

"William bangon na at maaga ka pang papasok. Graduating ka na sa college kaya pagbutihin mo ang pag-aaral."

Si William ay magtatapos na sa college sa susunod na semester kaya ngayon pa lang ay marami na siyang plano sa buhay. Gusto niyang sa ibang bansa maghanap-buhay. Kung matutupad ang balak niya ay makakaipon siya ng sapat na halaga upang makapagpatayo ng isang negosyo.
Tinawagan niya si Henry sa cell-phone.
"Henry, sabay na tayo sa pagpasok, magkita tayo sa kanto."
"Okay"
"William, maaga kang umuwi mamaya at sabi ni Kathleen ay pupunta daw siya dito sa bahay."
Sa ibinilin ng kanyang ina ay parang nawalan ng gana si William. Hindi niya alam kung bakit.
Pagkatapos ng klase at pauwi na si William ng tawagan siya ng hepe ng pulisya at pinapupunta sila ni Henry doon.
"Henry, nasaan ka ngayon? Pumunta daw tayo sa police station ngayon."
"Okay, magkita na lang tayo doon."
Sa police station
"William, may mga dinampot kaming mga suspects at tingnan ninyo kung mamumukhaan ninyo sila."
"Sige po"
"PO1 Jack, papilahin sila paharap diro."
"Yes, boss"
"Ayan sila William, tingnan ninyong mabuti kung mayroon kayong natatandaan sa kanila."
Matagal ding pinagmasdan ng dalawa ang mga nakahilerang mga suspects, subali't wala silang mamukhaan sa kanila.
"Sige, William, Henry, puwede na kayong umuwi. Salamat sa inyo at sa inyong cooperation", ang sinabi ng hepe ng pulisya.

Pag-uwi ni William sa kanila

Dahil sa hindi na naman nagkita ang dalawa ay tiyak na kung ano ano na naman ang sasabihin ni Kathleen kay William.
Sa school kinabukasan ay nagkita ang dalawa at nag-usap.
"Ano ba William, tapatin mo nga ako, iniiwasan mo na ba ako dahil may iba ka ng babaing kinalolokohan?" ang medyo pagalit na pagtatanong ni Kathleen.
"Hindi sa ganoon, Kathleen, hindi ba sinabi ko sa iyo noon na tumutulong kami ni Henry sa paglutas sa ginagawang imbistigasyon sa kaso ng taong dinala namin sa Ospital", ang paliwanag ni William.

"Kathleen, hindi kita maintindihan, lagi ka na lang galit sa akin.Sa kaunti kong pagkukulang ay inaaway mo ako. Samantalang kapag ikaw ang nagkukulang ay lagi kitang inuunawa. Bakit?"
Sa sinabi ni William ay medyo nag-isip si Kathleen at pagkatapos ay humingi ng sorry kay William.
"Kathleen, gusto na mag cool-off na muna tayo. Bigyan natin ng space ang ating mga sarili at baka sakaling bumalik na muli ang dati nating pagtitinginan."
"Ayoko William, mahal kita, pangako magbabago na ako."
"Ganoon din ang sinabi mo noon ng minsan tayong hindi nagkaunawaan, subali't heto ka na naman, nangangako na hindi naman natutupad. Buo na ang pasya ko Kathleen, nakikipag break na ako sa iyo."

Biglang nagkagulo sa pagkakataong iyon at dumami ang mga tao na nag-usyuso. May dumating din na ambulansya at mga pulis upang mag-imbistiga sa nangyari.
"Ikaw ba ang driver na nakasagasa sa biktima?"
"Opo, subali't hindi ko po kasalanan sir, bigla po siyang tumawid ng hindi tumitingin kaya ko po siya nasagasaan."
"Sige, sumama ka sa akin sa presinto at doon ka na magpaliwanag."
Natulala si William at walang nagawa kundi lapitan si Kathlenn na wala ng buhay na nakahandusay sa gitna ng kalsada.
"Patawarin mo ako Kathleen, hindi ko inaasahan na mangyayari ito sa iyo. When I said I love you, I was wrong. I said then that I love you, but I lied. Sorry, may you have peace in the afterlife", said William na hindi niya napansin na tumutulo ang kanyang luha dahil sa isip niya kahit papaano ay minahal din niya si Kathleen in anyways.

Madaling lumipas ang panahon at unti unti na ring lumilipas ang mga hindi magagandang nangyari sa buhay ni William.
Graduate na si William at Henry. Si William sa kursong engineering at natanggap na rin siya na makapagtrabaho sa ibang bansa.
"Henry, I'm leaving for Canada in a month. Just kept me informed of whatever news you have especially in the case of Harry, But before I leave I'll try to see Helena, just for the sake of friendship", ang sabi ni William.
"Huwag kang mag-alala William, babalitaan kita, para saan pa ang pagiging magkaibigan natin."

Humanga si William sa kagandahan ni Helena at hindi niya napigil ang puso niya na umibig dito kahit hindi puwede, dahil si William ay may kasintahan na at gayundin si Helena .

"I beg your pardon, Shopkeeper," said Marc, flabbergasted at what he just heard. Shopkeeper Kathleen's answers had never failed to frustrate him as usual.

Neither do I like him snooping around awaiting for my progress or results, just like a dog sniffing for bones on the ground if you don't mind telling him that for me," when Shopkeeper Kathleen said all that, had directed her stare pointedly at Marc without blinking even once.

"And now that we're actually speaking of dogs, shouldn't you start calling me 'Lady', Servant," said the Shopkeeper with a smirk on her face. She had even purposely emphasized the word 'servant' just now, throwing the reality of Marc's current position on his proud face.

"Why this woman...! I wish I could strangle her right here, right now," thought Marc starting to get impatient by Shopkeeper Kathleen's antics.

However, Marc still remembered the mission that was given by the King. "I'm sorry, Lady." Marc forced himself to call a lowly shopkeeper, with such a noble salutation, and through gritted teeth, he asked, "May I ask, Lady, since I, myself, am rather curious as to what you plan to do from now on? Surely you must have at least thought of what to do right now."

"Oh, I sure love the sound of the word 'Lady' coming out of that pretty mouth of yours," said Shopkeeper Kathleen, astounded. While gesturing for him to proceed she said, "Again, please."

Though his blood was practically boiling with anger right now, Marc obediently repeated the same salutation, "Lady."

"Meow," suddenly, a single comment came from one of the two audiences on the floor. The black cats had stopped their sole play to watch the interesting show going on in front of them. "Oh, Kat said 'softer'," said Shopkeeper Kathleen, happily translating what the black cat with the white collar had meowed out.

"Lady..." This time, Marc repeated the same salutation, but with a softer tone.

"Meow!" Just then, another comment came, this time it was the black cat with the black collar — but this time, the commenter seemed rather annoyed at Marc's performance. "Hmm... Kitty hates that. How about louder?"

"Lady," repeat Marc firmly, while feeling rather annoyed himself.

"Meow, meow." Both cats meowed at the same time at the Shopkeeper. "I don't know my Darlings. 'Master' awfully sounds like I'm keeping him as a pet. Sadly, he really doesn't have a talent for that."

"I'm standing right here, B*tch!" shouted Marc in his mind.

"Meow...?" Whatever the cats had just said, it caused the Shopkeeper to start laughing.

"Those vermin didn't just told her that I really do look like a pet or something, did they?" thought Marc suspiciously. "How the heck did that Shopkeeper understand them anyway?"

While Marc was still preoccupied with his anger, Shopkeeper Kathleen spoke out her decision. "I shall proceed with my business as usual, for now." 

"Pardon?" said Marc rather taken-aback by the Shopkeeper sudden declaration.

"Servant, I really do hate to have to point out this obvious flaws of yours, but I can't help but have to say it for both our sakes, that you sure have a problem with understanding the simplest of things, don't you?" said Shopkeeper Kathleen exasperatingly.

"I'm not... You do still remember the contents of the contract offered by the King that you had signed weeks ago, right?" asked Marc, reminding the Shopkeeper.

"Oh, and now my new servant boy is trying to teach me how to read a contract."

"You-" Before Marc could say anything further, Shopkeeper Kathleen suddenly threw a roll of parchment towards Marc's face. Marc blocked the oncoming 'attack' by crossing his arms in front of him, but the expected hit never came.

Putting down his arms, he saw that the roll of parchment had been unrolled, and was floating right in front of him in mid-air. Glancing through the contents, Marc realized that it was exactly the contract that he had just spoken of.

"According to this contract, the King does not own The Silvers nor me. My business is still my own as it had been since the day I founded it. This contract states that I only need to give a helping hand to the Albastrom Kingdom, carrying my business under this Kingdom's banner instead of simply my own. Now, my Servant, do tell your Lady, has she misunderstood or forgotten something about the contract's contents?" Shopkeeper Kathleen said with a gentle tone, but it was obvious that she was infuriated by Marc's disrespectful behavior.

"No, you didn't... My Lady," said Marc quietly.

"Now, since this is indeed my first time in the Albastrom Kingdom, much less its wondrous Capital itself, do me a favor and buy these items for me. There seemed to be much to do about this new shop of mine," said Shopkeeper Kathleen, handing Marc a piece of parchment containing the list of items. The contract that had been floating in mid-air had vanished with a snap of her fingers.

As soon as he read the list of items, Marc brows were furrowed in disbelief. "This... This is what you used to make your potions?" asked Marc incredulously.

"Oh, for God's sake," swore Shopkeeper Kathleen.

"Meow."

"Meow."

"You're right Kitty, Kat, this one is dreadfully slow. How did you even managed to survive well as a Prince this whole time, Servant?" Shopkeeper Kathleen was really irritated by Marc right now. Even the two vampyre girls behind her had given him a despised-look.

Marc became red with shame. Never once in his life has he been straight-forwardly mocked like this. Even when the citizens or those nobles and higher-ups were trash-talking about him, they had never truly dared to say it at his face — they were all talks behind his back or when they were having a conversation with each other.

"That list is food for Kitty, Kat, and the girls. Honestly, who had ever used a fish in a potion before," said Shopkeeper Kathleen while shaking her head. "Servant, you know that you shouldn't keep up this 'character' of yours for too long, right?."

"Why, Lady? Are you going to fire me?" asked Marc rather excited at the thought of that possibility.

"Ah... That wouldn't be fun at all." Shopkeeper Kathleen grinned, before saying, "If you do keep your current work attitude, I might end up being forced to give more simpler tasks to you. So, simple that even a good-looking gentleman like yourself would have no problem executing them. You just have to 'stay in bed' the whole time."

Understanding the indication in the Shopkeeper's words, Marc sweat-dropped with worry. Back-stepping slowly, he said nervously, "Well, I-I'll go and find a-all of these things, right now." Marc quickly turned around, and practically ran towards the entrance.

Just before Marc reached the entrance door, Shopkeeper Kathleen spoke up, stopping him in his tracks, "Oh, I almost forgot about the most important thing, Servant."

Cold sweat beaded on his forehead, but Marc forced himself to turn around and looked at the Shopkeeper. "Yes, My Lady," Marc answered her call politely, flashing off his sweetest smile.

"Come here, please," Shopkeeper Kathleen told him, and with her hand, she gestured him to come closer to her. "Closer, closer." 

Gulping down his anxiety, with a fast beating heart, Marc obediently moved closer and closer, step-by-step towards the Shopkeeper.

"Close." When he got close enough to her, the Shopkeeper suddenly, pulled on his arm, drawing him even closer to her, who was still seated on the stool. "Now, kneel."

Marc obediently did so.

Then, without warning, just as Marc had knelt down to her level, Shopkeeper Kathleen pulled his face close to her own and kissed him on the lips.

"The King would like to offer you a job as the Kingdom's sole merchant."

"Not interested."

"The King ordered you to offer your services as a merchant."

"He doesn't hold any power within this territory."

"The King is willing to pay any amount of money you want.

"I'm priceless."

"The King will give you anything you want."

"I can get anything I want myself."

"The King offered you me, the Crown Prince."
