'Hey, what's up with the reward, you don't specify that I will have to do 1 hour of running yet the reward is still a skill for running, this doesn't make sense, can you please explain?' Ronan was reasonably upset.

[Simple, running is one of the most popular ways to get the exercise that and with the skill you would be able to run slightly faster, and the only exercise you currently get is walking so why not go onto running, besides I doubt you can even lift a coffee mug.]

'Did you call me fat or anorexic? or just straight up weak, because I know I'm not weak, unlike a system that doesn't actually exist.'

'You know I was joking right? How could the most supreme system in the world be so petty?' Ronan was depressed, running 1 hour was fine, but now running 2 hours is sad, he has to run for 2 hours per day for 14 days to get money and it half than what was promised originally.

'Really? I thought the mission is optional.' Ronan was borderline depressed now.

Ronan and the system had a bit of catching up to do, in the end, Ronan made a schedule for it, 2 hours of running per day at 7 AM just after he wakes up, then he can spend the day doing whatever he wants to do, in the meantime, Ronan went back to the textbooks, he had a deal with Jake all of them done in 5 days then he will get paid.

He started on the textbooks.

Several hours later and he had done 1/4 of them and he went to sleep.

Over the next few days, Ronan had gone running for 2 hours, completed the textbooks and gone back to editing the code of his app to improve it, he improved the user interface, the app was not as taxing as it was earlier on the users phones, and he had rented several servers, now his app had over 50k downloads with approximately 7k online at all times of day, providing him with a steady income, the most users online at a single time was 20k, but that was the day after he contacted Jake about spreading it, he also received several hundreds of helpful reviews on how to market the app and now he was looking for online advertisements to advertise his app.

"Hello, is this Approval Advertisements?" Ronan had just contacted an advertisement agency to see if he could get some online exposure.

"Yes, who is this?" Replied the voice on the other end.

"My name is Ronan, I'm calling to ask about your prices for advertisements, all kinds."

"Sure, its $500 for a total package, you will get all sorts of advertisements on all sorts of different websites, you can specify what types of advertisements you want and on what websites, we also offer advertisements on different apps, we have many companies selling us advertisement space on their apps, for the original price of $500 you can have either, but if you pay $650 you can have both."

Ronan spent some time deliberating over the various companies he had called and contacted, but the one with the best offer and reputation was by far Approval Advertisements, Ronan only gets paid at the end of the month for the advertisements so currently he only had the original $1100 from the missions.

"Okay, where do I sign?" Ronan asked.

When Ronan asked, He went through the procedure to rent the advertising space and also paid them an extra $100 for creation of the advertisements.

After everything was done, he was told that it would take 2 days for the advertisements to be made then they would be put up the day after, and he wouldn't be charged for the first week.

He went back to completing the textbooks, the month ended in 5 days and 2 textbooks needed to be completed for tomorrow, fortunately, they were the easiest ones to complete.

After a couple of hours, Ronan looked at his clock.

An hour before he was set to sleep, he was even more tired since he had to run 2 hours every day and it was important that he at least didn't feel tired when running his app and completing the textbooks.

After another hour of working on his textbooks, he put them down and went to sleep.

Waking up the next day he went for a run, got a shower and prepared his bag, putting all the textbooks into his bag.

Ronan Atkins is a 20-year-old student, he studies Business Administration at Trinity College, it is considered as one of the best colleges to learn Business Administration in the world and in order to obtain a scholarship Ronan had to pass many tests, most of which have nothing to do with the actual course he was studying in, after passing all those tests he was finally given the scholarship he dreamed off, but even after getting the scholarship his life was hard, he had to work several jobs in order to pay for food and accommodation.
Until one day, when he is working part-time at a convenience shop something happens...

the children began to regret forcing me to teach them 

and then we made our routine 
1-saturday running 10 km and +10 every week

3-Monday training under water with 100 meter deep 
4- Thursday staying under the waterfall for hour and +30 every week until we reach 16 hour 

5- Wednesday  6 hour fighting with me until they touch me or beat me up +1 hour every day " ( actual combat experience) 

6- Thursday I make them bath in the rare and stenghtning herb for 2 hour and +1 hour every week until we reach 10 hour the rest of the day is a break 

7- we hunt animal and collecting herb 
cooking the meat and sharing the food with the entire village ( the first six day is to strength their self the seventh day is to tember their moral )

I smile strangely and said " it seems like I need to put some more training for him

Blankly waking up from my dreams and dragging my feet to the restroom to wash up for work. Putting on the casual wear and packing my Police uniform, I took my first step of the day to work.
I'm a Policeman and today is another new day. By regulations, unlike other workers, I can't simply wear my workwear outside. I am like a batman where my superhero clothes must not see the lights of the day when I'm not working.
An empty blue uniform with no badge except my name tag. Unlike the glam and glitter of my supervisors blue uniform with colourful badges of their service, mine is clean. This means that it has unlimited potential of the future possibility.
After arriving at my workplace, way earlier than the stated working hour. I get ready to collect my arms and required devices to start my shift. The queue at the armoury is as long as it has always been. I got myself in line and had a meaningful conversation with my other colleagues also waiting in line.
"I hope to end exactly on the dot today." Colleague A stated his goal for the day.
"Me too." The other's harmoniously agree to the statement.
1 hour since arrival, Im Ah Luiz is now sitting in the briefing room with his other colleague waiting for the Deputy In Charge to give the opening address as well as a motivational speech. We all listen attentively to not miss any words.
Now 1 and a half-hour since arrival, I will be starting my 12-hour shift from 0900 hours to 2100* hours. (*tentative time*)
Me and my partner for the day, Yu As Hiltorn collected the vehicle keys and proceed to our vehicle.

This showed how Jake had improved his fitness a lot after gaining more stats in resistance, strength, and agility after that first day of training Jake was much more confident to run the 10,000 meters at the pace that Coach Davis had spoken.
The other day Jake was prepared to run at a pace of 2 minutes and 40 seconds, he had to get it at least once so they could know what his limit was if Jake's limit was not that he could try to run even more another day.
Jake started training by running at a pace of 2 minutes 40 seconds per km, it was a faster pace than he had tried the day before and it was 11 seconds faster than his pace to run the entire marathon.
As expected Jake managed to run 5 km with ease and still did not feel tired, after all, Jake had good resistance and managed to keep his body in a constant effort for a long time.
Jake kept running and so he passed the 7 km and was still not very tired, contrary to what they thought Jake was maintaining this pace with ease, it seemed that they had underestimated the resistance and agility that Jake had.
After a few minutes, Jake went through the 10,000 meters and was much more tired than the day before, but he did not feel that he had tried his best in those 10,000 meters and was not as tired as when he finished the marathon.
Coach Davis also realized that Jake didn't try as hard as they thought, so he asked if Jake wanted to run again after 1 hour of rest and Jake accepted, he wanted to see if this could be a good time for training.
If after 1 hour Jake managed to run the 10,000 meters again at this pace it was certain that he would be able to run at that pace in the Olympics and win the Olympics for sure, and that was a good time for Jake to run in the coming years.
Of course, they still wanted to know what the limits of Jake were in the 10,000 meters after all this could help to know what the initial training time for the 5,000 meters could be.
Jake relaxed and rested 1 hour just as they had thought and after doing the warm-up exercises he started running again, Jake had a different body from the others so in that 1 hour he managed to recover a lot.
Of course, that was because he hadn't been exhausted and he hadn't had any muscle in his 10,000 meters the first time, otherwise, he wouldn't have recovered so quickly, but that meant he might have been able to run the 10,000 meters at this pace again.
Jake managed to run the 5 km again, but this time he was much more tired than the first time he tried and he started to feel his muscles ache because of the effort that he expected the first time he ran the 10,000 meters.
After Jake passed the 7 km he felt a lot more tiredness and pain in his muscles, it looked different than when he ran the marathon at the fastest pace he could, but Jake knew he could run the 10,000 meters without difficulty the way he was.
Just as Jake thought he managed to run the 10,000 meters, but he was much more exhausted than he thought he would be and with a lot of pain in his muscles, it was different than when he tried too hard to run the marathon at his current pace.
Jake decided not to eat a stamina bar even though he knew he would be in pain all day because Jake knew that this was the best for his training and also that the next day he would recover.
"Okay Jake, I know you must be feeling very tired right now, but if you managed to run the 10 meters at this pace twice in one day I think this could be a good training time for you."
"And it also means that you can with great chances win the next Olympics in the 10,000 meters modality running at this pace, after all, the time you achieved in the 10,000 meters is much better than the current Olympic record."
This made Jake very excited because being able to run in that very fast time meant that he could also be able to run the 5,000 meters in a great time, after all before Jake went back in time in 2019 who had the Olympic and world records in the 10,000 meters and us 5,000 meters was Kenenisa Bekele.
As Kenenisa Bekele managed to do this, Jake thought he could also do it because he had the help of the system naturally, this gave much more confidence to Jake who had the dream of winning several gold medals in the Olympics.
Of course, Jake knew that Kenenisa Bekele was the greatest long-distance athlete in history and Kenenisa Bekele's best time in one of the marathons he won was slightly longer than the time Jake currently had in his training.
And currently, Kenenisa Bekele was a little younger than Jake and in another 3 years he would start running in various athletics modalities, so Jake wanted to win in this next marathon because in the next he would have a lot of competition in these two modalities.
"As you managed to run at this pace twice today, we will try tomorrow with a pace of 2 minutes and 38 seconds which I think is your current limit, if you do that you will have the time to break the current world record."
"If this is really your limit, we will train at a pace of 2 minutes and 40 seconds twice a day so that you can soon exceed your current limit."
Jake agreed with what Coach Davis was saying, for sure if he knew he could run in time below the current world record he would have a lot more confidence in winning the Olympics in 2000.
Jake came home to rest, he would not go out with Kate and so he risked not eating the stamina bar and so resting all day at home, Jake's focus now was to adjust his training for the next Olympics.
After he was able to guarantee that he would win the 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters he could train in peace, at least before the start of the NBA season when Jake thought he probably could no longer train for the races.
Jake would have to use his vacations wisely to do the training and so he would be prepared to win in the next Olympics that was in less than 2 years, Kate and Eva who knew how Jake was training and have already seen how tired he was after all the effort they felt even more admiration for him.
Especially his mother, who knew that Jake already had money to spend his whole life well and had his career as an NBA player, even so, Jake continued training for the marathons until he was exhausted.
Even though Kate didn't know that Jake was that rich, she knew that Jake was in the NBA and had great sponsors and so he certainly made a few million dollars a year, so she also admired Jake who worked so hard even when he could rest.

Jake started running and Coach Davis was following, he found it amazing how fast Jake adapted to changes in pace in training, many athletes took several days to run constantly when changing pace.
But Jake adapted quickly as if he were a machine, which of course was something that coaches thought was great because Jake saved a lot of training time to see if he could run at a faster pace.
