I think writer have just overhyped Rose. If her background was same as Harry then her personality and strength doesn't make any sense. Even Satoru had to train for a extended period of time for him to be that much powerful. So Rose settings makes a little to no sense to me.

World's strength has nothing to do with an untrained 14 year old Rose's strength. Maybe in this world Limitless is more powerful but it doesn't mean a child with no prior magical exposure and understanding can effectively use it and spam BLUE here and there. Six Eyes may help in magical mastery but to use limitless Gojo had to understand concept of infinity first. Also her personality doesn't match to Harry at all.
CassianAshborn:But from what the writer said, this world is much stronger than the World of Jujustu Kaisen, the magical energy itself is superior to the cursed energy, altering reality itself. I thought it was quite appropriate for Rose to be OP.
