Becoming the nanny of a hot-tempered, stubborn as a ram who believes in his own rightness, sticking his nose in everywhere... God forbid this is even worse, constantly wiping his ass - what's the difference between becoming Harry's dog or Harry becoming a minion (I don't see any advantages of getting closer with him, except for constant problems) (plus, he also drags his family into this business as if he were stirring shit with a stick)

readers don't like harry as much as you think, they like the HP world but harry isn't very likable to readers so any oc that follows Harry or makes harry his followers, readers tend to dip. good lucjk

I am not a fan of Harry either but give credit when it is due. He is going to become a good auror, so in MC's point, it would be a waste not to take him under his wing as a subordinate.

well that's obvious since it's fanfiction and if the author wants harry can be really powerful or not. if we talking original, one of the issues readers have is harry basically getting a free pass in every conflict and always conveniently surviving many times he should have realistically died. Harrys original character had the strongest plot armour which made quite a few readers dislike his whole character, then he also always had such a self-righteous perspective, judging everything as simple as black/white, just leaves a bad impression on many readers and viewers. People don't want harry involved much if at all, they want a new perspective without the author jerking off the golden trio, if readers wanted harry as lead or as an important part of the story, they would go read fanfics with harry as lead. it is what it is, people like what they like and many came here to read about the oc and want nothing to do with harry. anyways enjoy the novel g
