Is he a villain just becoz he reincarnated as a villain or he have a good reason to be a villain or becoz he reincarnated he just instantly and unrealistically abandon his earthly morals and decided to do everything to have power so he became a villain.

Being Reincarnated in the body of a villian does not automatically make you a villian. The former owner was not even a villian yet, so technically mc is not a in the body of a villian.
