Okay so based on that we can speculate Several things that he could do : Fire + Earth = Lava Release Fire + Lightning = Plasma Release Earth + Lightning = Explosion Release So taking into an account he is an uzumaki he have a yang affinitie because of his healing so : Fire + Yang = Radiation Release Lightning + Yang = Light Release Earth + Yang = Land Release So taking into the account that he is also a reincarnated person and i think the uzumakis have yin chakra but idk : Fire + Yin = Blaze Release Lightning + Yin = Dark Release Earth + Yin = Crystal Release Then you have the kekkei tota: Earth + Fire + Lightning = Metal release Lightning + Yin + Yang = Mental Release Fire + Lightning + Yang = Nova Release Fire + Earth + Yin = Smoke Release

Oh i post the options so that ( if you like)you can either choose 1 or 2 ( As terumi mei had 2) or a totta. He can obtain that via fusion or trial and error

What you are saying is certainly very interesting but I give the mc too much power than the story itself will become very bland.Besides combining two different nature realease is not easy at all.for example Mokuton is the combination of Earth & water release.but does that mean anyone with a affinity of water and earth can do Mokuton?. I don't think so.then there was also Haku who could use ice release.Ice release is the combination of Water wind release. but not everyone can combine these two chakra nature to create ice.This is the reason why it is called a bloodline limit. Having more than one chakra affinity doesn't necessarily mean that you can combine them.The word 'bloodline limit' is not just for show, I think blood is the catalyst to combine two completely different chakra nature. Otherwise everyone with two different chakra nature would be called bloodline user.

Then i suggest either (to go with the mc vibes ) Lava release (you can go like full akainu and avatar lava bender and other examples) as that would bring destructions among the enemy but he has to be carefull with the allies too. Or smoke as tota ( You can take Delsing from Infamous second son Bad side smoke) as Delsing use a chain to fight , and the smoke itself is not overpowered from the start as seeing in Infamous and has many uses
