One thing I do not understand is how he can kill such strong opponents while being so weak? Besides that, the strength system feels off in a sense that I feel like reading some bumpy strength system that is actually incredibly weak

The aren't as strong or freakishly powerful as it's name suggest. Modern military weapons are enough to kill most them. And the hunters are similar in that case. The system isn't really a traditional system that makes a user stronger but it is just a tool to keep in check how many times he can use his time loop ability. And thanks for the comment! And thank you for reading. I just like writing about characters who are relatively normal but have one or two ability so it would be challenging for him.
