I just wanna ask cause i was waiting till we have more chaps but in the naruto world is there even a need for navy? Most of the scenes in naruto is in land the only one i know that has sea scene was when uzumaki island/village got destroyed?

I also thought like that, it would be better if it was reversed, like "I built a ninja academy in one piece" might be more interesting. (TL)
