Huh, I honestly do not know what the level one has to do with the question and the answer, but I thought people want to dickrideing him because he is the underdog, the outcast, or the tragic brother, otherwise it will not explain the same thing with Poseidon, Hephaestus, or recently with Apollo. Because they think he's the "cool god of the underworld" when in truth he seems like the most edgy one.

I mean in terms of edgyness Hades is not that edgy compared to other Greek gods.

to answer your questions, Hades is the among the few likable gods in Greek myth and its generally agrees that he a chill dude at least compared to his brothers
