Everyone is better than the novel MC. The sister is OP with godlike talent and she will surpass the MC in a fraction of time, so the MC's training will be a useless joke. The author likes to see the MC suffer and struggle but not the other characters. At this point it's better if the main character is the sister or another background character because literally everyone else feels more like the main character. Also the author has this obsession with talent that will make the characters be driven exclusively by it in all their skill development. No talent? Then training you will take ten times as long and you won't be nearly as strong as someone who was born with "talent". This talent is more like an affinity that marks your potential and is a gap that so far has not been shown to be overcome through hard work and perseverance. So far to call it talent would be generous, taking into account that someone older and with metaknowledge in the body of a child, would be in his development not much different from a prodigy in the eyes of the rest. What this affects most is the MC, who seems to be the most untalented guy in existence for anything but a sword and, even so, it's a talent that doesn't look anywhere near as impressive as his sister's godlike talent. You would think that being a person in the body of a child, he could do better than others his age, but no, even if you have more determination, will and perseverance, you won't be anywhere near as good as some children, unless of course, you have the so called "Talent". The MC has meta-knowledge of where he is, but so far the only thing he has achieved is to be used by everyone else in the world. Basically he is a pawn of the "Fatui" and the author justifies it by saying that it is to protect his sister who we see only in the first few chapters and with whom the MC has no real bond. He didn't even spend more than a few chapters with her when he kidnapped his brother's body and most of the time he wasn't even conscious. Not to mention the fact that the Archon was already going to take care of her, and that when she wakes up, it will take her less than a couple of years to catch up to the MC's tireless training and to be at the same level of power. Making redundant the issue of protecting her when she will probably be stronger or at the same level as him in just a fraction of the time it took him.

いいねsome spoilers to disprove this review: the weak suffer, especially in an unforgiving and ruthless organisation like the fatui. He has a bond with his sister because this "reincarnation" was more of the type where past memories unlocked, overpowered the new memories, but only kept the sense of familial love for his sister. He kept moving forward and is now at the level of a harbringer with a clear path to more power. Yes, his sister is blessed by the elements, but i dont think she will ever be capable of beating the mc. Yes, he met Childe, who got to his level in so little time due to his talent for the abyss and time warp bs. The story has great character development and interactions with both canon and original characters. The storyline is also very well made. If you can't handle a well executed, more realistic (so takes more time instead of 50 chapter gold finger power ups) weak to strong story then this isn't for you
So he never interacted with his sister but loves her because of memories? Good for him i guess, not like we like her.

i mean, if you gained memories of having a sister who cared so much for you and you cared so much for it would affect you. You could also see it as them merging. they are not two seperete entities, but are one. The og just lived so little that he has less personality and is more childish, which disappears due to the mature entity that has more experience

MrIIIo:and who is 'we'? Personally i have come to like her character even if she hasnt been there for long
Dissapointed_One:I don't care what memories he has, i don't have them so i don't care about her character.
