Sure, your overall plot line is quite interesting compared to other fanfics I have read and while your writing quality is great, it could be a bit more engaging. Usually dedicating more 2 chapters to nothing but power-ups tends to make readers lose interest in a book. To make sure that reading your fic doesn't become a chore for your readers, interactions between the MC and characters from canon is recommended early on, even if it doesn't contribute towards the plot in any substantial manner.
