The entire first chapter seems to have nothing to do with anything in the plot, there's awkwardly excessive sexual/gory/"shocking" things to the point where it's just disruptive and confusing, I can't tell what fucking timeline we're supposed to be in, and if not for reading the book summary I'd honestly not know what was going on at all. It's bad.

author, i have advice, but instead of just saying "ooooo he's so bad, such a villain" and showing people being scared, please show WHY they are scared. Otherwise this just feels very flat and fake to be constantly insisting how everyone is trembling and scared or whatever, but we've seen him do.....literally nothing wrong. Just the scene from before his rebirth, and even then it appeared to not really be him in control. So like, right now this feels like some chuunibyou edgelord nonsense. Show us that he deserves his reputation if you want it to not seem silly.
