Lady is still alive. Jory and Wyl are alive. Jon doesn't join the nightswatch. Some of the plot arcs of Book 1 remain the same because if I change them as I wish the future plots will makes no sense.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . . . . . We are aware of what happens if Ned stays in Kingslanding. But Ned doesn't know that. He does not know the extent of conflict that would erupt after his death. A man as honorable as Ned would never abandon his duty as Hand. Of course his decision was bad and leads to wars that his children would have to fight but in my story the Starks bear less brunt than in canon, because of Torrhen's presence. But there are some things that wouldn't make sense in the story if I change it drastically so there will be some similarities with canon.

Bloodraven is the not the three eyed crow. I believe in the theory that the three-eyed crow and bloodraven are different. The three-eyed crow may be the combination of the spirits that live on in the weirwoods. So maybe Bloodraven is a part of the three-eyed crow but the three-eyed crow is not him. The Book is vague so i took what matched my plot better. In the show, Bran mentions that people talk to him like he is Bran, but instead he is the three-eyed raven now. Yes, i should have written it as the three-eyed crow, as mentioned in the books, not the three-eyed raven.

Like I said, i got carried away while writing the last chapter. And I publish what I write without editing as I don't get enough time to do it. So the last chapter was a bit useless suspense yes. I am sorry. And the Mountain is required for the future plot scenes in the war between the Lannisters and Starks.

the scene was supposed to end after Torrhen defeated The Mountain in the fight. But got carried away while writing. I didn't have time to edit. sorry
