Ahhhhhhh so the Protagonist of the original story is actually a transmigrator. So this is basically a transmigrating into a transmigration novel? If by chance, I will transmigrate into this novel in the future, I will be sure to have the Spiderman moment.

Yue Mei doesn't know that the body of Bai Yu is being occupied by another soul. I think it was just written that way to show that in Yokophona's mind, Yue Mei is looking into Bai Yu (the old owner of the body) unaware that Yokophona (the soul and new owner of the body) is actually the one looking back at her.
