Maybe for right now given the circumstances, but I'd doubt it would stay that way. Blood Stalk is just going along because they want to right now, but it could change at any second. Like when she first clashed with Mark when she wanted to fight the octopus crab monsters. Different situations can cause a conflict between them and the only reason it hasn't happened much right now is because their goals are aliened. Fighting monsters, albeit for different reasons.

Blood Stalk doesn't understand what a boy or girl really means, but they like their idea of what a boy would be because of Mark's reaction to it. They probably won't know what a Tomboy is even if they act like one, which is pretty fun to imagine now that I think of it.
