If he comes in contact with AFO or the other guy from Class 1-B i.e. the one with the copy quirk. Then it's possible, currently he only knows about quirk factors and how to destroy or seal them not how to copy them and definitely not giving quirks to others.

Let me explain it. When he healed All Might and Midoriya, he let's say scanned his body. And because, he knows about the quirk factors, When he healed Midoriya, during the entrance exam, he sensed them inside the quirk factor of OFA.
