A time skip will occur after around 140 chapters, and afterward, they will all speak normally

The idea behind using that kind of accent is that a noble, who speaks normally, will join the crew. As a result, they will all have daily grammar classes and eventually be able to speak properly. Think of it as a form of character development. So yes, later on, they will stop speaking that way.
