Well based on the fact its damaged robotic lifeform and the egg puts a “false existence” into the otherworlds he likely won’t gain proper power charging or knowledge from it thus making it rather useless for him to use directly… instead having the mc gather things through it seems more useful then using its effort to bother…

That predatory prowess should have made it more distinctly aware not to attack them, the mosquitoes actually were understandable as they were just drones even if the “drone leaders” had some intelligence it was driven to collect all vitality and spuritual energy possible, however, these wolves should be aware that a enemy who can do big magical things shouldn’t be so easily messed with especially when they made the terrain a direct disadvantage for them… they would either stay afar waiting for them to leave their “fortress” to ambush or look for less difficult prey, afterall what a predator should definitely avoid is injury… unless they can heal from basically anything after a few days rest kinda like mc but just slower? But even then the risk of death should be obviously above the acceptable level unless they were made to mindlessly attack by something else…

Knowledge is fairly restrictive in china and while not completely locked away it’s discouraged to look for excess knowledge not related to their lives to prevent them from looking into things and they tend to idealize their past… thus meaning they might not have anything to actually contribute even in ancient societies…

Not really out of place though, in the real world borrowing money is a quick way to sour a good relationship… I mean yah it seems prideful but in actuality it’s trying not to ruin his friendship with “borrowing” money just because he wants to reminisce his old life. If you gifted him with it then he could accept it without having to worry but borrow? Not something to do unless you actually are in debt…

He got roughly 1% xp for 17 vit to go from ordinary to black iron, he gets 60 vit per hour… not to mention the amount of vit a plant needs is “random”(meaning depending on how far they are) for how much it needs or could directly skip a level for more like his Azurebloom skipped bronze to silver…

The actual lose of limbs from low tech wars with swords I’m pretty sure was more due to inadequate medical abilities to save it after… same thing when guns came about for a while too till recently… you think gun took soldiers limbs off too in wars? Nope field medics cut them off to try and let them maximize survival odds…
