In Lovecraft lore, they would stomp all over most fictional verses, to put it into perspective, the Dreamlands which is infinite in dimensionality and size... the Other Gods (The canon classification for the outer gods and Cthulu (Cthulu isn't a great old one just another other god, Great old one is just used to refer to his subordinates from what I know)) see it as fiction. So Cthulu would likely stomp all of Nasuverse no diff if we are using true form.
