That’s not what I meant though. I’m pretty sure this story takes place in a world more modern, with computers and internet unless I’m mistaken. I would suggest if that’s the case there should databases with information about beasts and the materials used to evolve them. At that point he could do a search to narrow down the possibilities to do his investigation.

To be fair, a fair number of novels that appear on this app are like this. Most can be found at other places or people will hunt down the RAWS and have google do the translation

I actually forgot to write something in the original review so let me add it here. The system The system the MC uses is not good. If it worked in a research capacity, it would serve the MC and the story well but the system sucks to be honest. It already knows the answers but it forces the MC to check out every material or ritual to satisfy the conditions of evolution. It’s like playing an old adventure game back in the 80’s where you had to pick up items and rub all of them against everything to find the solution. The game designer made the answer, but the player had no idea.

Can we rename this to something better
