A focus on Professional Development instead of Corporate Development creates a Society that is run by Artesians. If you dig into Distributionism (sometimes being mistaken for Communism, but differing in it's reverence for the Divine and focus on distribution of opportunities rather than wealth) you may also see the development of an Artesian Society. They create luxury goods that last and often focus on singular purposes. The Author has already reflected this in how they imagined the Kingdom of Gospel. I can imagine the dark side of this society already too...
To Igula, these were fascinating drama genres. Profession Dramas subtly convey the concept of 'no profession is inferior,' and unlike the pale propaganda of the Kingdom of Blood Moon, profession equality in the Kingdom of Gospel means equality of treatment. As long as your industry has a list, as long as you rank at the top, even if you are just a socially idle novelist, you can still earn points rewards equivalent to those of a Mage professor.
