author I suggest you make this an original remove the Shinobi element since it has a potential. kingdom building is good like a sim city. by the way readers it's fast pace

for future readers... in the story the mc made contact with Madara and hashirama after 2 to 3 chap he no longer interact with them, he guide the war victim to a secluded valley build a village dedicated to him until it became a kingdom. the odd part to me every time the mc make a purchase using fate points to the shop like facilities, blessings or city Shield the villagers will not react to it, for example he bought the city hospital boom it pop out like a bubble burst in the middle of the village then they react like nothing happened after that they still doubt him asking for a miracle if he is truly a deity. I was like " ... " that's my reaction literally from the villagers like what's the point of the building poping everywhere and the knowledge suddenly poping in their brain if doubt still lingers another issues is the emergence of other god faction suddenly declaring holy war. it's another bitch slapping but in a form of war you know Chinese stuff although the grammar are ok

dear author I appreciate your effort to make this story and I suggest you dig deeper to the Shinobi worlds lore because the story development feels off to me... specially when you use a praise like "it's only the begining " it gives me the vibe of broken story. apparently from what I know on Shinobi worlds lore theres's no diety in it other than the otsutsuki lineage because if there are they shouldv've revealed themselves from the very beginning of Naruto your character interaction with the future Shinobi gods are kinda off too including the interaction of the mc to the villagers is kind of unnatural they lacked substance there's a lot more rooms for improvement overall it needs a rewrite and more research.
