Garuda Dev is not the Mount of Vishnu in Vain. He is the one of the strongest being in whole Universe aside from Trimurti. So how can it's bearer be weak. I will make him strong but now he already has flight, speed and eagle eye anything more would be overkill at this stage

I want to make a watcher(from Marvel) like protagonist. He will not interfere in the story and if I make him stronger than both Dev and Amrita, then the story will have to take place on his terms, which will affect its ending and make it just like other fanfics.
