he didn’t allow Magneto to escape. He can't just murder or even attack Dr. Doom, he's a foreign leader. That has consequences for so many people that you have to be careful how he's handled. And with Namor, he still can't legally be the one who kills Namor, that would have to be a government action. he's not in a position where he can just kill everyone who would be labeled a Villain, he doesn't have privacy or anonymity. He's a publicly known hero in a group of moral people. he's in this situation as Mr. Fantastic, and that comes with behavioral restrictions.

the difference is that the opponent is usually dead when goku collapses, and we give him the W. Goku called the match in Vegeta's favor, then Vegeta immediately showed that he actually couldn't ’t fight anymore either. It was all the proof I needed to know that it wasn't a win. If goku had said nothing, Vegeta would have fallen over, and it'd be a draw. It was a draw in all the ways that matter to an outside observer.

You said that like I said, Goku won more, or denied that Vegeta won more, when all I did was correct you about him having only won once and drawing in the other fights. He had one actual win in a legitimate fight, where Goku was down and he could walk away in the end. Every other match ends in a draw, or there's a way to invalidate the fight entirely.

First off, making a lot of assumptions. second, if you do the math and have basic reading comprehension, you'd notice that I've never said Goku won and that Vegeta won once while calling other fights draws. This means Vegeta has still won more. you vegeta fans are trying to get blood out of a stone when you already have a syringe full of it.

it isn't a win If the only reason you got the W is because they surrendered before you dropped too. Vegeta only got the win in Super Hero because Goku said so. That base form battle was a draw in all the ways that matter.

counterpoint, we didn't know Reed had a plan to kill Namor until Namor made an appearance. Due to this narrative decision, you can't say Reed doesn't have a murder plan for other villains either.

Osborn hasn't done anything as Green Goblin yet, neither has Doom committed any crime on US Soil, but you still want him to plot their downfall. Doom has a similar situation to Namor: wanting to steal Sue from Reed, him sometimes being more heroic than villainous and saving the universe too. But plotting his death is encouraged?

Maybe as individuals, but the number of people who can kill all of them, and get away with it on an evidence basis, are so few that it points right back to Reed anyway.
