The 'Blood' in bloodline disagrees with your statement :) Also if demonic power frequency or whatever is responsible for "bloodline" powers, someone random could, by chance, awaken POD or even the Phenix bloodline. And, also, that way EVERYONE would have some kind of special random 'bloodline'. Genetics are a way better explanation, which would aslo explain mutations in specific bloodlines (Sera for example), and the birth of new ones (Hole - Abaddon i think).

Quite a lot of people actually. Mc has no backing or money, and it the guy he attacked is competent, he could sue and get the mc locked up, even if there was a witness.

That would probably leave his skin pink, not light. Why not come up with something more beliavable? Alergic reaction, sickness or whetever. No he goes with the most stupidest answer possible, like wth?
