I think the main part about the romance thing is that there is literally no tell sign that there is romance in the story since it is still early for that and you don't even have the romance tag on the fic so some of the comments about asking if there is romance is valid since u can't even tell.
Moving on to the last thing I keep getting comments on, Romance. There is romance in this story but that doesn't mean it's the focus of the story or really anything more than a side note. Contrary to what people keep saying Danmachi is not a romance story but an adventure story with a heavy romantic harem subplot. It's about Bell adventuring and growing stronger while in the process attracting women to him by just being himself. In other words get off my back about it as theres nothing wrong with Alex not chasing skirt or dating and focusing on his goal instead. The one that would make most since would be the Kurama clan since they have low vit(like with how small the mc is) and a lot of chakra and skill in genjutsu and their kekkei genkai is busted.

The way I think about it is that you don't want a too OP character in a set verse since that would make the fic really boring unless you were a very good writer and tried really hard. Having multiple characters for a template system isn't really a set thing it depends on the author they could add their own twist like. Imagine a mc with the template of shisui who didn't reach his full potential and died early because of danzo once you reach the 100% of shisui's power before he died u could continue his legacy and become stronger than when he died. Which I think would be very interesting. Of course u could do this without a template system(just have the mc reincarnate/transmigrate as shisui) but this is just an example. If u were to do something like shisui I could see multiple templates working but they couldn't be too crazy since most of the time multiple characters cludder things and make it just boring. Which is why most template fics either turn out bad or just mid like u could literally go and search most template novels, guaranteed they are mostly rated on average 4-4.5 max.
And four years after his reincarnation he also awakened an assurance for his survival in this dangerous world, a template system granting him all abilities of different characters.
