I kind of dropped this novel and wasn't even saying anything to anyone, copying Madara to make yourself sound cool is cringe to me especially Hiruzen who I despise, there are a lot of Hiruzen meat riders reading this novel so I wouldn't expect them to like anything that goes against their favorite hokage.

Probably because there are a lot of strong creatures around and normal patrol shinigami would get killed if they are alone, so they set up headquarters to be able to easily send reinforcements and house a lot of shinigami.

Considering he has a S on his suit I think you're looking for something that starts with S then, I was thinking Spartan but then I remembered what they did and chose either Sultan because it's cool and badass or Sataniel or Seraphim because he'd be like a fallen blood angel in the suit, but Sovereign is good too.
