well, I suppose that also depends on the circumstances. like naruto was not only lonely but was abused. sometimes loneliness is a good thing. it helps to calm your mind other times loneliness will make you overthink, and have depression. I don't suppose you were neglected in your childhood ( if you are my condolence ).
