This story has a lot of potential but the dialogue is so poorly written that it's almost painful to read. A skilled editor cutting out about 30% of the words and tightening the phrases would bring it from a good idea to an enjoyable read.
Killing nobles is never evil, it's a public service, just like killing landlords
Not many novels keep my interest for hundreds of chapters but this one did. I'm hooked on the characters and plot, and while the writing could use a second proofreading pass and some light editing it's not bad enough to get in the way of the story. Among the better web novels I've read, almost on par with Death Mage.
A bizarre mix of White Wolf style magical realism, dimension-hopping fantasy, and cultivation novel that somehow works because of the lively prose and lovable characters. I'm not big into Xianxia stuff but this story has more than enough on offer to appeal to people outside that genre's usual readership.
Loving the anti-imperialist stuff, good riddance to the US and Washington
You're really going ham on the Death Mage system huh? Not that I mind, it's a good one, and the rest of the story is... different enough, anyway, to be interesting. I'm looking forward to see how the story's "voice" develops more later.
I think it is a parody, sort of like Instant Death where it's a sixty-isekai pileup. The main character is cunning and immortal but not overpowered, so it's likely that the victories he wins will be through tricking people rather than brute force
