It resets every month. So most people buy privilege in the beginning of a new month. Their is also a timer when you buy it to show how long you will have privilege left.

So far I really enjoyed this novel, the world is interresting and fun. Only the fights tend to dreg on and on, which can be boring. Overall pretty good novel.
