How should he put the tag there from the beginning if he hadn't decided it yet, you genius? Which i indicated by saying that the author decided it now. And even if you didn't read the author notes, there were multiple hints for the possibility of Harem, unless you skipped through the Chapters. 1. How the MC talked in the early chapters about love, FIRST wife, etc. 2. The Affection Status talked about "LOVERS" plural.(Why would the author write 'Lovers' if he knows MC is going for only one girl). 3. How the system talked about affection scale and 80-100 said something like "She would die for you and isn't leaving no matter what." "Affection can drop over time without proper care." All indicates to the author letting the option open and the possibility for Harem. And why would the MC hold back with Woman when he doesn't do it with killing, money, and power? It is a Gangster Novel

Well, it wasn't really misleading, but you not reading all, I think. From what I remember, the author was undecided and wrote it in his author notes at the end (Thats why no Harem nor No-Harem tag at the start). I don't know if I'm coping or the author edited it, but I'm pretty sure because I still can find my comment in a review asking if he decided it jet, which was never answered 😑
