what you said sounds like an oxymoron. if the graduation age was younger then they would've been nine sence they never failed to graduate even once like shikamaru who also never failed to graduate but also graduated at 12, again like many other characters. now how do you explain naruto graduating at 12 despite failing to graduate 3 times? well one way to explain it is that naruto tried to graduate early 3 times but failed all 3 of them ending up graduating at the normal age. but well this was never mentioned by kishimoto so it's most likely a plot hole. sorry for the yap 😅

again wrong. naruto is 12 when story starts and 13 when firt part ends. tsunate is 51 at the end of first part so she is 50 at the start of the story.

tsunade was in her mid 20s when 2nd war started as she was given the title of sannin in it so your time line dosen't make sense
