So the Transcendents could be 4th Dimensional beings that can't interfere with 3rd dimensional worlds, and live in 4th dimension but as they originally belong to the 3rd dimension that is why they can live there without interfering with the world as either the universe doesn't allow them or it takes a toll to interfere in 3rd dimension world, so they are saving it for an important occasion to use there powers.

I thought you would make gods 10th/11th dimensional beings but i guess it makes sense him being a 6th dimensional being as he isn't affected by Time that much like others. And why the multiverse is Demon God's law (Destruction, Annihilation ,Oblivion, End) or something similar that after becoming stronger than the Original Gods he will mindlessly Destroy everything in existence and return back it in Nothingness.
