Online VR Game, sister in need of help, world merging with reality, MC returning to the past, etc. This novel has the same "ingredients" as many others. His power is certainly OP, but I can't say the story so far is bad. I guess we'll have to wait and see whether the author can make a good "dish" using the same ingredients so many others before him/her have....

A sign in novel provides overpowered and almost daily rewards for little to no effort. This guy has to train his sword thousands of times before receiving a stat boost. He got boosted for understanding things on his own, or eating the core of the animal he killed. There are no locations for him to go, or daily rewards. I would not classify this novel as sign in.
