Gamma radiation which is a form of nuclear radiation. In comics, he successfully absorbed the gamma radiation from the resurrected Abomination who was radiating a vast amount of Gamma Radiation. Sunspot also draws upon the energy from laser blasts. Let's see what Sunspot can absorb instead of just solar radiation. I think it should be Kinetic energy, nuclear radiation(all forms), light, plasma (heat and fire) electromagnetic waves and Gravitational energy. I think Sunspot can also learn to manipulate the fundamental forces because the Sun also has fundamental forces.

Please the Extremis should be from the comics not the MCU one. The comics version of Extremis is superior to the MCU version. If Sunspot can get a stronger regeneration factor from the comics version of Extremis instead of the MCU version of Extremis.
