I like it!
while Leonel is still unaware that he unlocked the healing branch 😂
the Shahadi are a race of beings who have incredibly high health regeneration. if they get hit by an attack they then become immune to it in the future. even when defeated they don't die, but are sent back to their realm to heal. Celestial energy is the only thing we know of so far that disrupts this healing cycle. it's been a bit so i might've gotten some minor things wrong, but that should be correct for the most part
he couldn't have acquired powerful skills simply because of his powerful class. even if he had a perfect 100 karma, at least 60% of his karma points would've been spent for his class. unless of course his class was a low cost high rank cheat given to him for picking first
lavishly decorated doesn't really describe much to us readers; for all we know at this point they could have been summoned to the lavishly decorated Royal Outhouse 😂
oh I forgot that whisker had a fire spiritual root
in theory because he finished his breakthrough and is now considered an immortal, if he uses too much of his immortal power he should trigger heavenly judgement. essentially he is banking on not needing to use too much power to kill those he wants dead
yes, yes you are definitely that stupid and crazy
my guess is it's the old man that held up their boat right before they first arrived in the Eastern continent
oh so even with the evolution he has wood spiritual roots
didn't the creator guy make an offhand comment about transplanting spiritual roots?
true. however this Alex has no way of knowing this; it was the clone who learned about Hanna getting married, but he probably doesn't remember because it's been so long
this was a well needed chapter. this is the first chapter where Ning had to face consequences that actually matter from his actions and not just losing a bit of energy he could get back easily with time because he was inefficient. this is a tremendous opportunity for him to have character development
I agree that there are plenty of trashy novels where the Author goes for the low hanging fruit to please readers. I'm curious, why do you feel Ning is a well developed character? I don't feel he is well developed...yet. he certainly has the potential to be a well developed character but so far it feels like he's mostly just stagnating. I'm hoping this scene will set him on the path to being an interesting, well developed character
this is what happens when you try arguing with a toddler
I suspect it has to do with the Phoenix's recovery. if it recovers and discovered that they not only invaded another continent but that their reason was to restrain the Phoenix flames I imagine it might be pretty angry
? he went through a long period where metal energy pills were his best and he knew it was because of his superior metal roots
I really feel like i should know who Lord Fifth is but my mind is drawing a blank
