The novel has an impressive plot, with huge room to have the characters roam, but the pilot chapter seemed to lack emotion. It had great detail and amazing descriptions, but when it came to providing emotions or human body language, it didn't seem the best. I hope that it improves as it goes along, but I'm optimistic of its future :)

Thank for the review, but for most people, they found it pretty easy to read. It may just be personal preference or something similar that's preventing you from getting into the flow, and that's completely natural. I hope you have a good 2023 :)

Quite impressive literature skills from the author, which honestly astonished me when they told me that they had only started writing since the New Year. Genuinely interested in how the story progresses with it's incredible use of metaphors and hidden symbolism.

This is quite a good novel with a great plot that can be expanded upon further once more time is put into it! I would suggest getting an editor to look over your work and correct a few spelling mistakes, just to make it so anyone can sit down and read this without trying to decipher what's being said :)
