Yeah but push-ups and sit-ups don’t train all muscle groups as well as the proper calisthenics do. It’s not like doing push-ups, situps, squats, and a run will make you as ripped as he became. You’ll need to do more than that, but fiction is fiction.

I hate how webnovel doesn’t let us delete books. :( But I heard that if you put your title in non-English characters(like Chinese, Korean or whatever) it deletes it from the view of your readers :)
Yeah it just takes time, proper nutrition, and proper rest. It’s seriously that simple. There are many things you can add to your program like eccentric overloads if you want to increase your strength on certain excersises( for powerlifting), but if you want to just grow muscle, 50% strength 8-12 reps is all you need. I bench 195 for reference.
Not really, it’s really just that simple. You can’t grow a muscle if you don’t expose it to new stimulus(increased intensity by either increasing the amount of reps, sets, or weight). That’s all a person has to do really.
